“Delivery was very quick quality of boards very bad would compare outer coating of splash board to egg shells”

“I'm not quite sure what to say here as the problem I had was with the courier company with regards to the delay in delivering my order which is not entirely the fault of DBS Bathrooms themselves. It took over a week for my order to arrive, so am not sure where the responsibilities lay here when my order didn't arrive when expected, so I had to contact DBS directly to confirm when my order was going to be delivered. They were unaware of the status of my delivery (i.e. still in courier depot) so it would be unfair to place any weight to this on them. Despite my gripe with the courier company, I give 5 stars for DBS Bathrooms as they responded to my order promptly and would also add that their prices and the products they offer are very competitive. I would definitely use DBS Bathrooms again but advise them NOT to use the courier they used for my order.”

“We have used DBS 3 times now and are always pleased with their products. We had slight issues with a slightly damaged panel and they addressed the issue straight away and compensated us very fairly without any quibbles at all. they took a very professional pleasant approach to our problem”
