“Buying this product was very easy. A very helpful member of staff talked me through the process to delivery and answered all of my questions on the phone. Three weeks later my product was installed by Matt and Paul Read. They were friendly, helpful, attentive efficient and very professional. It was a pleasure to buy from this company and based on this experience I would buy again and recommend.”

“Had the bath lift installed today by Matt &Paul R. It’s great to see there are still top class installers around and aqua lift have two of them here. Installation was absolutely professional from start to finish. Everything explained fully in every detail. Everything left clean and tidy. There’s only one detail that doesn’t concern the installation and that’s you can’t use the bath lift straight away because you have to charge the battery initially for 24hrs before use! I was so looking forward to being able to use it straight away. Not a big problem but maybe one that could be taken onboard in the future so you get a fully charged battery on installation. Many thanks to Aqualift and Matt & Paul R.”

“My experience with Aqualift has been 100% positive, from my initial request for a brochure to the final installation. The installers, Brian and Dizz, arrived at the time stated. They were both very pleasant, friendly, and efficient, with a great sense of humour. They fixed the bath lift, demonstrated it and cleaned up, leaving the bathroom immaculate. Thank you both. I ordered the brochure on Friday, saw the Advisor Brad, on Monday and the lift was fitted on Wednesday, what a great service.”

“I had my aqualift installed today by Onit and Jordan. My order number was SWQ040693536. They arrived on time and work well. They were both very pleasant and left everything clean. Onit explained everything about how it worked and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Very pleased.”

“Craig and Gareth arrived on the day they had promised and were truly amazing in fitting our Aqualift in a much shorter time than we had expected. It took them just over an hour. They called us to see what they had done, and then explained clearly everything we needed to know before using it. One of them then did a demonstration (fully clothed!) to show us how it works and how to 'wiggle' the cushion into place intermittently as we lower it into the bath. They showed us how to insert and take out the battery, and how to put it to charge. We were extremely impressed and soon I am going to have my first bath in a long time. At 81 I had found it almost impossible to get out of the bath a couple of years ago, so have had to shower ever since. But I long for a lovely warm mineral salt soak after gardening or a long walk, so this Aqualift is going to prove to be a blessing, as were the young men who fitted it and demonstrated its use. So far, it comes highly recommended for those with a certain amount of mobility, but find themselves unable to get up if sitting on the floor!”
