Aqualift responded almost too quickly when I replied by telephone one afternoon to their letter offering a replacement bath lift (the old one had broken down, but they did not know this). Their salesman called that same evening; about 24 hours later I heard from them that the new unit would be fitted the next day, which it was.
NB My payment was made by credit card; i initially told my card issuer that 'Kingswood' was unknown. it turned out to be the name of Aqualift's parent company - I might have been warned!
