I found the demonstration thorough and the fitting very efficient. I have now used the lift for a few weeks and I am very pleased it gets me to the bottom of the bath, to soak and relax, and back again very comfortably as I needed. Charging the battery once a week is very easy.
My only negative feeling is that it is more highly priced than it need be.
