“We ordered Spanish looking tiles which were a good standard but not as colourful as the website suggests.
However they do look good and would I recommend them? Well we only ordered 50 and the delivery man wheeled them on a trolley along the public path outside our house. I was not home but my wife asked him if he could just bring them a couple of metres onto our front path!! He refused and dropped the pallet where it was and returned to his vehicle. Pretty poor customer service. So, no, I would not shop with Tile Giant again”

“Was short on a few tiles that I had purchased for a great price as they were clearance ones. Called customer services and was happy they had some in stock and was told I could get them the next day. Unfortunately they arrived 3 days late which meant rescheduling tiler and 2 tiles out of 8 were broken. I will stick to in store purchases in future as I previously received great customer service.”

Even though we had a small issue and one box arrived damaged, it was replaced immediately without any hassle. The delivery arrived exactly on the day and time they had promised.

Each delivery is subsidised by Tile Giant, although you paid £25 to have your tiles delivered, the true cost is approximately £60.
We are sorry to hear you received damages on your delivery, if you could please get in contact with customerservice@tilegiant.co.uk where we will be happy to either replace the damages or offer you a refund on the damaged tiles.
