“After inexplicably bring able to make telephone contact with any of the nearby stores ( dead numbers ) I eventually made contact via the Tile Choice chat line which was covering both websites from which point the level of service was very good”

The tiles we bought Mirage Grey Onyx, ceramic effect were beautiful but very fragile (according to our tiler); ended up being extra on the top of the extra we had.”

“A pallet of tiles turned up well packed and wrapped no complaints. After inspection found the tiles are in perfect condition. I would have given 5 stars were it not for the driver turning up a day late without any SMS notification However, he was a nice chap and knew his job. If only Tile Giant could get the logistics together I'm certain of their increased popularity.”

“So far, so good. I have visited my local store, spent a few days at home with some samples, been back into store to ordered the vinyl for 4 rooms at home. I have an appointment for more precise measurements in a weeks time and then the next step is the fitting in a couple of weeks. So far everything has gone well and communication between me and the store has been prompt and efficient.”
