“I booked a delivery of Tiles, never got any notifications about delivery, head office said don't worry you'll get an eta on day. On day nothing called Tile Giant 3 times could give ne no information, on the final call they told me I don't think this is even out for delivery. Ruined all my bathroom plans, with plumber and tiler lined up to do work. Abysmal. Avoid there are so many reliable places with delivery do not risk it!”
“Ordered a mosaic from them direct to be delivered to local store. Went in several times and they didn't know anything about it. Eventually they said the order had been cancelled somewhere up the line but couldn't give more info. Now chasing a refund which you would think would be dome automastically if cancelled!”
“I had some tile trims fitted in Dec as part of full bathroom refurb and within couple months they look totally scratched. I haven't been cleaning them roughly or anything like that, barely touched them. Very annoying, as what am I meant to do now,... can't just replace the trims. Spoke to customer services on chat but he was useless. It is very frustrating when get full bathroom done and gone like this. Really worried how it will look in the future. Will be a right mess. Careful when buying trims from here.”
“I ordered my tiles and got told 1 or 2 weeks..I called up after the 2nd week to be told out of stock won’t get anymore in and call for a refund.. then told by the man down the phone there’s plenty in stock. They just wasn’t ordered had another two week wait..won’t be using your services again or recommending”
“I had ordered less than I needed thinking I could use to other boxes that I had. These were done online and came within two days. However they were a very different shade. So ordered two extra boxes through the store. I ordered them nearly two weeks ago and still not here! The manager was smug almost condescending! It’s costing me money with the tiler. Terrible length of time, when I know they could come in two days.”

“Hi, I am very dissatisfied. I was cheated and misled for 30 days. Then it turned out that my records are not there and will not be. Sending emails, complaints, and phone calls did not help. I feel cheated. I did not receive any compensation for keeping my money, not to mention that the renovation was postponed by about 2 weeks. Maybe it was an exception and I am unlucky. Best regards.”

“I have previously had enormous difficulties with delivery. This time while the item was delivered it looked like the package had been thrown down the stairs and so could not be used. Efficient but ultimately worthless as every single one of the tiles delivered was shattered beyond use, while still in the box. thanks for nothing.”

“Useless website. No filter options, and valid searches, e.g.: ‘30cm white’ or ‘300mm white’ return no tile results?? So hard to sift through the hundreds of tiles, really frustrating, waste of time.”

“I ordered a Rubi Tile cutter that was clearance and at a good price. I paid for next day delivery as a needed to start tiling immediately but when it arrived it was in used condition, even the scoring wheels were missing. This meant that the next day delivery and the tile cutter itself was useless. Tile Giant did resolve the issue but I was unable to tile for over two days until replacement wheels were sent.”
“if you are renovating an entire house like we did then look somewhere else. the tiles are lovely but i think it should be made really clear that when you go into store and order, those are not delivered to your house. over a thousand pouds worth of tiles. they will be delivered to store and you will have to make multiple trips to the store for days and days to ge them home in your hatchback car and the store assistant will not help to load them into the car. when we made the order in store we said this was our address and the assistant said they don't need that yet, so we thought they will ask for our address later. not once was it mentioned that the tiles are not delivered. very heavy boxes too.”
“simply awful supplied two shades and two sizes of tiles and refused to accept that they made a mistake.
Upon complaining I was basically told too bad you have fitted the tiles. The refusal for for a simple apology is beyond me. never never use this company for anything unless you want to receive the poorest of the poor customer service. TERRIBLE AVOID”
