Tiles we bought 8 months back were made in Spain but the extra 8 Floor tiles we ordered were made in India and 60X60mm were of different sizes to the Spanish. No details on the website. Also delivery was very expensive. Want use them again soon

Pre sale is good post sale extremely poor service and the tiles I received the edges were not straight poor product and a poor service

Avoid- lied to by staff, sold the tiles that we ordered to other customers, so many tiles were damaged, then lied again, waited weeks to hear back from the area manager. Excuse after excuse. Will never use them again, I’d suggest anywhere else but these guys!

Still awaiting a refund after the wrong tiles were delivered over a month ago. Told the supplier will no longer deal with Tile Giant and left with £200 worth of the wrong colour tiles.

Tiles were ok but the WORST Customer Service ever. Please Avoid using this company, they won’t help you at all if there are any complications with tiles even if there are circumstances out of control of the Customer and providing broken tiles that don’t get checked by staff for Customer to find when project starts and is passed the policy threshold for return which doesn’t get explained to on Purchase.

The whole tile samples I ordered arrived in broken into pieces. Making it difficult to assess the sample but also not giving confidence in buying in bulk

I returned a box of tiles to the showroom nearly 2 weeks ago no sign of a refund yet. Told by the guy in the shop that I would have to do it online after leaving the tiles with him with no receipt !!

Not impressed! Explained to gent on phone regarding husband disability and check delivery would be possible! Delivery driver refused to deliver! Driver gave option to drop off 2 streets away and tried to tell my husband (who has a neurological condition that affects his mobility) to lift all the tile himself! Have now been waiting a refund for almost 2 weeks and keep getting passed about the houses and no one willing to resolve issues. Absolute joke….

I booked a delivery of Tiles, never got any notifications about delivery, head office said don't worry you'll get an eta on day. On day nothing called Tile Giant 3 times could give ne no information, on the final call they told me I don't think this is even out for delivery. Ruined all my bathroom plans, with plumber and tiler lined up to do work. Abysmal. Avoid there are so many reliable places with delivery do not risk it!

Ordered a mosaic from them direct to be delivered to local store. Went in several times and they didn't know anything about it. Eventually they said the order had been cancelled somewhere up the line but couldn't give more info. Now chasing a refund which you would think would be dome automastically if cancelled!

I had some tile trims fitted in Dec as part of full bathroom refurb and within couple months they look totally scratched. I haven't been cleaning them roughly or anything like that, barely touched them. Very annoying, as what am I meant to do now,... can't just replace the trims. Spoke to customer services on chat but he was useless. It is very frustrating when get full bathroom done and gone like this. Really worried how it will look in the future. Will be a right mess. Careful when buying trims from here.

I ordered my tiles and got told 1 or 2 weeks..I called up after the 2nd week to be told out of stock won’t get anymore in and call for a refund.. then told by the man down the phone there’s plenty in stock. They just wasn’t ordered had another two week wait..won’t be using your services again or recommending

I had ordered less than I needed thinking I could use to other boxes that I had. These were done online and came within two days. However they were a very different shade. So ordered two extra boxes through the store. I ordered them nearly two weeks ago and still not here! The manager was smug almost condescending! It’s costing me money with the tiler. Terrible length of time, when I know they could come in two days.

Hi, I am very dissatisfied. I was cheated and misled for 30 days. Then it turned out that my records are not there and will not be. Sending emails, complaints, and phone calls did not help. I feel cheated. I did not receive any compensation for keeping my money, not to mention that the renovation was postponed by about 2 weeks. Maybe it was an exception and I am unlucky. Best regards.

Ordered on 9.3.25. Estimated 4-7 working days. By 22.3.25 still nothing. Store unable to give any updates. Customer services unable to give any updates. 👍
