“Not hugely impressed. Quarter of a tile sample received was not a great help in choosing the tile but we went ahead as could not find that size in a Matt finish elsewhere. The delivery time changed three times throughout the day. When the fitter opened them they were not all of a uniform size and he spent loads of extra time cutting them to fit.”
“The tiles look good. The service is poor, I ordered online and the way they set it up means you can’t not return the excesses. It was also not clear in the instructions. I wouldn’t buy from Tile Giant anymore.”

“I recently had an issue with some floor tiles, under ordered and then tiles went out of stock/discontinued. The guys at the Norwich store located some tiles in South Shields for me, again the guys at this store were more than helpful. Sent in a courier, every single tile arrived smashed. Again the guys in Norwich went above and beyond to A locate further tiles and B sort some tiles from their display. So by the time I drove to Broadstairs to collect 6 tiles and the tiles from Norwich I managed to finish my floor. I cannot recommend Tile Giant more highly. Everyone has been so helpful :-) Has been a real team effort, thumbs up to Norwich!!!”
“Avoid- lied to by staff, sold the tiles that we ordered to other customers, so many tiles were damaged, then lied again, waited weeks to hear back from the area manager. Excuse after excuse. Will never use them again, I’d suggest anywhere else but these guys!”

“Pretty painful - ordered tiles to match existing, and told the 2 codes for the same tile, was to be ignored..... so when order arrived, the matt white I ordered was of course a different shade.... here is where it gets odd. Decided to go into local branch, to buy the baloance, but you cant preorder to collect.... we had to go in and order... but when my wife gets there, they can no longer even do that - they arent connected to the online website, dont recognise the codes.... its all very odd and painful”
“Tiles were ok but the WORST Customer Service ever.
Please Avoid using this company, they won’t help you at all if there are any complications with tiles even if there are circumstances out of control of the Customer and providing broken tiles that don’t get checked by staff for Customer to find when project starts and is passed the policy threshold for return which doesn’t get explained to on Purchase.”

“I received the email specifying kerbside delivery after the delivery had been received. I had just a few hours notice that the delivery was imminent - nothing on that text about kerbside delivery. I then had to ensure someone was at the address with very short notice. My daughter then had to bring the tiles into the house without any help - thank goodness I didn’t ask my mum, she would have done herself an injury!”
