“The tiles are nice and seem a fair quality for the price, a few cracks here and there but expected from any tile place. I am disappointed with the customer service provided by Tile Giant. I was urged to buy more tiles than necessary (yes I know, I should have been firm) and unfortunately due to illness I was late in returning the unused boxes by a few days.
I feel like as a good will gesture they could have atleast offered a credit note.
I still have tiles to buy but I will now look for these elsewhere.”

“Hi, I am very dissatisfied. I was cheated and misled for 30 days. Then it turned out that my records are not there and will not be. Sending emails, complaints, and phone calls did not help. I feel cheated. I did not receive any compensation for keeping my money, not to mention that the renovation was postponed by about 2 weeks. Maybe it was an exception and I am unlucky. Best regards.”

“Tiles arrived at agreed time and very polite delivery driver. However the delivery was NOT what I ordered. Wrong tile, wrong size, wrong colour. I have managed to work with what's been delivered as already booked a tiler. Not ideal However 😕”

“Tiles are lovely. Delivery was efficient and on time. Unfortunately one tile was broken and I sent a photo and queried next action via email on day 1. Day 8 and I have had no response, other than an acknowledgment telling me most queries are dealt with inside 24 hours. Maybe I was just unlucky?”
