Each delivery is subsidised by Tile Giant, although you paid £25 to have your tiles delivered, the true cost is approximately £60.
We are sorry to hear you received damages on your delivery, if you could please get in contact with customerservice@tilegiant.co.uk where we will be happy to either replace the damages or offer you a refund on the damaged tiles.

“Decent price and choices, but no real update after purchase/up to date tracking for delivery, plus 1 tile arrived broken (driver took photo and wrote down). Boxes of tiles appeared wet, possibly stored outside”
