“Booked my delivery for a Fri, was sent an email with different delivery timescales so phoned to confirm my deliver was the date I'd chosen. I was told the delivery was the Friday but it never arrived. It arrived on a Saturday evening. It would have been nice to have been kept informed of the delivery and why it wasn't delivered on said date. I'm not sure what would have happened if i hadn't been in on the Saturday evening as I wasn't informed it was being delivered then!”
“Not hugely impressed. Quarter of a tile sample received was not a great help in choosing the tile but we went ahead as could not find that size in a Matt finish elsewhere. The delivery time changed three times throughout the day. When the fitter opened them they were not all of a uniform size and he spent loads of extra time cutting them to fit.”
“I received the email specifying kerbside delivery after the delivery had been received. I had just a few hours notice that the delivery was imminent - nothing on that text about kerbside delivery. I then had to ensure someone was at the address with very short notice. My daughter then had to bring the tiles into the house without any help - thank goodness I didn’t ask my mum, she would have done herself an injury!”

“I Paid for 2 sample floor tiles to make sure they matched up to our existing floor but when they came they didn't match up to there name, the grey tile said it was oak & the brown oak one said it was grey, I phoned up to get clarity, after a few emails I didn't get a definitive answer so I phoned the Kidderminster branch of tile choice which is the same company, the guy I spoke to was very helpful & it was determined that they were indeed labelled up incorrectly so it's a good job I didn't place the order before checking, it defeats the object of ordering samples, should have asked for my money back really, I ended up placing my order via tile choice rather that tike giant which also worked out a bit cheaper”
“Well I thought I bought an excellent tiles but my tiler with 40 years experience said that they were the worst's tiles he had ever used chipped very easily and broke when trying to cut them
Sorry but we are thinking about taking them back up as they don't look good”
“I ordered a single sample tile. This has been followed up by phone calls and emails chasing me for a fuller order that were not asked for and not needed.
If I wanted to proceed I would do so, I don't need chasing.”
“Original sample orders did not arrive but after contacting their customer services we were able to get a new delivery of samples. Can't fault the parent company for follow up, they were on the ball and tried their best to help us choose the right tile and coloured grout however the samples we chose didn't work for us overall and we found an alternative elsewhere but I would consider Tile Giant again if I ever need to re-tile a room.”

“Ordered 48x48 Mosaic tiles. What came was 30x30. So area would be short. Got in touch and sent photo to what had come. Got a reply of sorry wrong size sent. Not we will send what your short straight away. I had to again get back in touch and ask what is being done by this as I'm short. I had to my self work out what id be short and again was told in email stating the rest will be sent out 48x48. What again came was 30x30. Luckily it was just enough to finish the job. Not good in my opinion”
“Tiles arrived at agreed time and very polite delivery driver. However the delivery was NOT what I ordered. Wrong tile, wrong size, wrong colour. I have managed to work with what's been delivered as already booked a tiler. Not ideal However 😕”

“Tiles are lovely. Delivery was efficient and on time. Unfortunately one tile was broken and I sent a photo and queried next action via email on day 1. Day 8 and I have had no response, other than an acknowledgment telling me most queries are dealt with inside 24 hours. Maybe I was just unlucky?”

“Had notification that items would be delivered in the afternoon but at about ten o’clock a large articulated lorry arrived with the tiles and bag of primer but no adhesive. Contacted Tile Giant to report shortages.
In the afternoon another delivery van arrived with the adhesive.
At no time did I receive notification that the materials would arrive on two different vehicles.
With the cost of transportation I can’t understand why everything didn’t arrive on one vehicle.
When the tiler started to lay the tiles it was quite noticeable that the tiles where not flat , proven when putting two tiles together face to face that they were convex .
Definitely not the best quality tiles but thankfully not too expensive”
“Tile giant head office was fantastic when I came across issues with tile giant Barking they arranged new tiles to be delivered and when one box of tiles was broken they made provisions for me to pick up another box. Tile giant barking does need to improve!”
“Would have liked you to stand the cost of delivery as it was your mistake we got the wrong tiles in the first place. Therefore had to reorder and have delivered at our cost.”

“Tile Giant sent me a very nice tile that I would have been quite happy to shortlist for my project.
Unfortunately it took several days to arrive, and was poorly packed in a shabby jiffy bag, with a dispatch note that did not show the name or any contact details for the company that sent it. I had to trawl through emails to match the item to the order using the order number in order to provide feedback. There was nothing wrong with the tile, and I'm sure an order would have been fine, but the experience was not encouraging when competitors did much better, and I ordered elsewhere.”
