“Original sample orders did not arrive but after contacting their customer services we were able to get a new delivery of samples. Can't fault the parent company for follow up, they were on the ball and tried their best to help us choose the right tile and coloured grout however the samples we chose didn't work for us overall and we found an alternative elsewhere but I would consider Tile Giant again if I ever need to re-tile a room.”

“Good choice of tiles.
Delivery was refunded when next day was not achieved.
Need clearer signs for the 28 day return of unopened items only -in store and online.
Helpful staff in 2 stores in Scotland that we visited.
The tiles we bought Mirage Grey Onyx, ceramic effect were beautiful but very fragile (according to our tiler); ended up being extra on the top of the extra we had.”
“Ordered a mosaic from them direct to be delivered to local store. Went in several times and they didn't know anything about it. Eventually they said the order had been cancelled somewhere up the line but couldn't give more info. Now chasing a refund which you would think would be dome automastically if cancelled!”
“I had some tile trims fitted in Dec as part of full bathroom refurb and within couple months they look totally scratched. I haven't been cleaning them roughly or anything like that, barely touched them. Very annoying, as what am I meant to do now,... can't just replace the trims. Spoke to customer services on chat but he was useless. It is very frustrating when get full bathroom done and gone like this. Really worried how it will look in the future. Will be a right mess. Careful when buying trims from here.”

Jake was extemely helpful in advising about using 3d tiles and how fitting plug points might be an issue and how best to do it. He offered to look at my plan and help with how much was needed, which he did.
Speaking a woman who sometimes has men in 'the trade' treat her like an idot it was lovely to deal with Jake.”
“I ordered some floor tiles for my en-suite, from my local Tile Giant store in April, they were lovely. I wanted some more of the same for my bathroom but sadly my local store has recently closed. Luckily I was able to order the tiles online. They were delivered on the day selected and I was kept informed of the delivery time. All tiles were perfect, no broken ones. I've been very happy with the service from Tile Giant and am happy to recommend them.”

No issues with ordering but sadly our delivery was a day delayed. Customer Services dealt with this brilliantly - they were so easy to get a hold of and refunded our delivery fee immediately.
The communication we received from your delivery couriers was also fantastic.

“I ordered my tiles and got told 1 or 2 weeks..I called up after the 2nd week to be told out of stock won’t get anymore in and call for a refund.. then told by the man down the phone there’s plenty in stock. They just wasn’t ordered had another two week wait..won’t be using your services again or recommending”

“I had ordered less than I needed thinking I could use to other boxes that I had. These were done online and came within two days. However they were a very different shade. So ordered two extra boxes through the store. I ordered them nearly two weeks ago and still not here! The manager was smug almost condescending! It’s costing me money with the tiler. Terrible length of time, when I know they could come in two days.”
