“The boot insole was stuffed in and is not a corresponding fit- has to obtain other insoles. I have owned Lowa boots for years but like most things nowadays just sloppy standards. Disappointed.”

“Love my boots but unfortunately they are a little small so need to send them back. Unfortunately your system does not allow me to simply get an exchange pair and I have to get a refund and then source my next pair from another outlet after you have refunded me for my purchase at the Gamefair 2023. I am incredibly busy with work at the moment so haven’t been able to do this. If I had know this was the case I wouldn’t have purchased at the Gamefair as I could not try on the exact pair I wished they had none available to try so had to try on another type of boot but unfortunately the size didn’t match. I love my Lowa hunter boots and had hoped my new ranger boots would be perfect for lighter use. Now considering very seriously not to bother at all with them because you cannot make a simple exchange from a 9 to a 9 1/2 from stock. Disappointed to say the least!!!”

Hi Kevin, Thanks for your review, but sorry to hear about the confusion here. We do understand it can be tricky to get the size right first time, and it's why we include a free returns label with a pair of boots, so you can easily return them to us for a refund, if the size or fit isn't quite right. Normally the refund is processed within 24hrs of the boots arriving back with us. It's certainly not the case of needing to go and purchase a pair of boots from another outlet though, so apologies for the misunderstanding there - it should simply just be a case of placing a new order through the website, for the correct size. “In my long life I've tried all the leading manufacturers of hiking boots, but for the last eight years I wear only Lowa because they're the best. They go on and off like my favourite slippers and they feel like no other footwear I've ever worn. I've still got my first pair and after eight years they're still a treat for my feet. Two of my daughters are chefs, they're on their feet constantly for twelve hours at a time and wear only Lowa. ONLY LOWA!”

“Now on my third pair since discovering these shoes many years ago. Get at least 2 or 3 years of wear out of them and I wear them nearly every day. Hybrid shoes so can wear anywhere, highly recommend”

“Easy to use website and easy to order. I have replaced a pair of Renegade GTX walking boots with the exact same boot as they have been such a good comfy hard wearing boot for me. I don’t know how far I have walked in them but I estimate 2500-3000 miles over six years. They have never leaked but the soles have worn through on the heels. They have taken me on some fabulous walks. Nothing too hard though at my age. I hope I last long enough to get another 6 years walking in.”
