“Excellent service. Sadly had to return the shoes I'd ordered but I will order again as the whole process was easy and straightforward. The shoes were delivered when they were scheduled to be delivered. The return was easy and free of charge and I was refunded very promptly.”

“Really comfortable boots but they wear out too quickly. Don’t last me a full year and lose their waterproofness within months. However Lowa have been prepared to issue me with a replacement pair with no trouble”

“From first trying the boots on and subsequent trips out these boots have been nothing but comfortable and protective. I used to wear Lowa’s when serving in the military, and I am glad I purchased these for my upcoming Elk hunt in Colorado. The sign of a good boot is one where after lacing them up you don’t have to think about them until removing them, and these give that level of comfort and protection. Expensive, yes. Could the warranty be longer than 12 month, yes. These are the only negatives.”

“This is the first time I have bought lowa products The advert popped up showing sale on walking boots and as I was looking for a new pair for my upcoming adventure headed over to there website The style of boot I was after was at a great price to be missed Ended up with the wrong size which was my fault but lowa free returns was easy and ideal Now received the correct size and they are just superb and comfy wearing around the house to check them out with 30 days to see if they are ok . Lowa customer support is second to none and I would definitely recommend”

“Really fast delivery and seems to be a great quality product. I've only started wearing the boots in on short dog walks but they're very comfortable. They'll get a good test in the mountains of washington and oregon next month!”

“The way sit was very good had a look at the boots was not sure with was at the end boot w s then looked at the men's boots and got the right size so all was the boots came the size was all right”
