“Really pleased with my Lady Light GTX boots. I followed the suggestion of getting my usual size but they were too small. Free return and no fuss. Ordered the next half size up and they are perfect, even with my swollen feet as they are not a fixed width due to the sizing over the top of the foot. Very happy”

“I initially oredered some laces which seemed to be lost in the post. I contacted Lowa and their excellent customer service sent me another pair! Really pleased with them, good quality laces and of course, they look great with my Lowa boots.”

“Very poor quality insole. I wear the Lowa gtx which in itself is great quality. The replacement cold weather insole I purchased just isn’t fit for purpose and moved 2 inches to the rear after wearing them for about an hour.”

“Lowa customer service was excellent. I emailed with a very specific query about walking shoes I had bought in the past (sadly no longer available). I got a swift comprehensive reply which led to me ordering a new pair of shoes that have proven to be as excellent as my original pair.”

“I've purchased Lowa's Combat boots GTX MKII and they are really well made. They fit true to size with ample toe space. I went for a 2 mile walk to see if they needed breaking in and they didn't. The Lowa boot leather conditioner works just fine. I hope this design is still around in a few years because these boots are defintely made for walking. PLP”

“I’ve been wearing lowa boots for years after recommendation from a paratrooper friend. I bought the lady light gtx for my partner who’s a seasoned hiker. She says they are a game changer.”

“I'm really happy with these. On their first trip out i took them on a 10k hike (up a mountain and down a mountain) and they didn't hurt or rub at all. I sizes up by a 1/2 size and is perfect.”
