“Lowa's customer care was great! We realized we made a mistake with the delivery address, so we wrote an email and it was resolved immediately. The boots were delivered fast, and are very comfortable and durable. It was also nice that they provided an easy way to return them if the fitting wasn't quite right, which was my biggest concern, but it wasn't necessary. I chose the shoe size based on their size guide, and they fit nicely!”

“I have worn Lowa for about 10 years — and for about 320 days in each year! They were fully approved by my podiatrist ( who supplies a simple orthotic for me). Under such constant use ( often on hard pavements) the soles last about 2 1/2 years, but I then relegate them for garden use. An excellent shoe!!”

“I bought Randir GTX boots. The price was great, delivery was as advertised. These boots were comfortable straight from the box. Ive had them out for some dog walking, but did about 12 miles in my local hills yesterday and no problems at all with the boots, no blisters or hot spots. So Im very pleased. Ive had no chance to test them in wet weather yet, I don't have any worries though. All in all Im very pleased.”

“The right shoe was perfect but unfortunately the left shoe had a ridge on the insole and was a bit uncomfortable so I had to return. I will be reordering the same shoes once I receive my refund.”

“I am a Lowa convert. My Innox Pro boots are light, very comfortable and well made. The sales team could not have been more friendly and helpful. They alerted me when my size was back in stock and honoured a show discount from the previous month. Looking forward to getting the boots really muddy!”

“My new 'summer' boots are exactly what i have come to expect from Lowa.Both my wife and I have 3 pairs of Lowa each.After an initall long walk when they felt very tight/new and quite a few more hike's since,i am more than pleased with their performance......it look's as if my 'Tibet's' will not get another outing until winter !! Many thank's again for agreat product!”

“I have had,several pairs of Lowa boots before so was happy to order the Renegades as I needed a walking shoe in a wider fitting. Unfortunately they were not quite wide enough and I returned them. That's the problem of buying online rather than in a shop where you can try things on. Anyway they have free returns and I contacted customer service re the width. Their product specialist c responded with a very detailed analysis of the shoe design and I tried a pair half a size larger than normal as suggested and they were perfect. Well done Lowa.”

“My Lowa boots have been the most comfortable footwear I've ever had. Recommended by Keswick Boots the seller told me I had feet like a duck. The shoe version I have just purchased direct from Lowa I couldn't find in any local shops and I'm equally delighted with them.”

“Solid pair of boots! Bought these with the expert help of Tim at the Outdoor Expo and they have not disappointed! These were v popular in the military years ago and they remain excellent. Strong, secure, not too heavy but rigid and ensure every step is a solid one. Would absolutely recommend these!”

“Lowa was recommended to me as a high quailty boot with narrow sizes. My first impression is a well made boot that is lightweight and feels good on my foot. My order arrived quickly and exchanging for a different size was easy with a return label including and fast refund of the first pair. Happy with my decision to buy Lowa.”

“Got the randirs on sale for half price and so f as r they are very good value for money. Seems sturdy and comfy. Have a pair of altbergs so I got these as a pair I don't mind bashing.”
