“I’ve been a LOWA fan for many, many years and have even converted friends and family to wearing their boots. Not only are the boots absolutely top quality, but I’ve also found their customer service to be on another level. From sending replacement boots to allowing me to return boots outside of their normal 30-day window, the level of customer service has consistently been exceptional. “My favourite boot and shoe brand! This is my third pair of walking boots (the others have lasted me 1000+ miles each!), and I have a pair of walking shoes and a pair of combat boots also. They're so comfortable, and never rub or hurt my feet, even when I am stood up all day. Love the colouring also!”

“Excellent service my boots were delivered within two days ( bank holiday ) . I am replacing a pair of nine year old Lowa Tibet Gtx with another pair of them , ( nine years says it all)”

“unfortunately the boots I ordered were too narrow in the forefoot. I tried them on over several days and tried different lacing techniques but they just didn't fit (however much i wanted them, so I returned them. Why the 5 stars? I've boxed them up and used the provided sticky label. dropped off at the post office and job done!”

“Wonderful service - the pair I ordered were too big and James took the time to clearly explain the differences between different styles and the ways in which they had different fits. He advised how to return them and reorder a more suitable style. Beautiful and lightweight boots, even if they weren't the right size this time.”

“Excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations. I made an enquiry about my order and Isaac G from the customer team went above and beyond. As for the Ranger Boots, this weekend I used them for a moderate to severe 10 mile hike in the lake district and I'm very pleased with the performance. They are a definite step up from my old Renegades and I could really feel the extra support and durability. I am very pleased with the purchase and Lowa have been a pleasure to deal with. “The second time I have purchased these walking shoes, they are durable and comfortable. I choose wide fitting and an additioal foot size to accomodate for winter socks. Good quality worth the price .”

“Just got these a month ago and I am walking around 5k a day in them at the moment and I must say they feel great. I got some new insoles in them because I have weird feet but can’t fault them at the moment, we will see at the end of November when I return from EBC.”

“The service from Lowa was excellent. I’ve chosen Lowa for many years notwithstanding shortcomings in the boots mainly with seams coming apart and soles wearing out too soon. They are extremely comfortable . My new Renegades have reinforced seams and a tougher vibram sole. I am just about to recommence a 2500 mile charity walk so I’ll let you know how good they are once I’ve finished just before Christmas. Watch this space!”

“Love these shoes - Maddox Pro GTX Lo. Of course the best shoes are the ones that fit you, and these are just right for me. Bought them for walking when too warm for boots. They're not too hot, but are waterproof and seem robust. Used them for moderate mountain hiking and for biking and they held up well. Heel support is especially good, and the soles are grippy. Happy.”
