“I love Lowa and am so happy with my little Renegade boots. However, I ordered the Locarno GTX LO Ws W (Wide) for spring/summer and am quite disappointed in the lack of comfort. The insoles are rock hard with no cushioning whatsoever. Makes them so uncomfortable which is not my experience of Lowa products at all. Will have to replace the insoles (everything else is fine), just wish Lowa had thought of this to start with. Otherwise, keep up the great work. This review has no bearing on the service received either which was great.”

“Great boot. Extremely comfortable from the first wear and look really nice on. Grip is not quite as good as I'd wish for - they feel a bit slippy in the wet (this might improve after a bit of time, I'm hoping).”

“Lovely boots but I am normally a 6 in walking boots and these were small. I have returned and ordered a half size bigger. Very good returns process and refunded quickly.”

“Great products and service. Disappointingly, my size [11.5] is not in stock and not expected until the spring. Also, I find Lowa Ice footwear is sold on the continent but not in the UK which is a shame as they are very grippy on icy conditions.”

“I ordered the wide-fitting boots as they came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I found they came up too small for me. The width was perfect but my toes touched the end so I would say that they are not true to size. I will reorder a larger size.”

“Everything is perfect, except delivery. That day I was at home all the day. The delivery man did not show up. Then I got a message, that since I was not at home, the parcel was dropped at the nearest delivery point. I believe it's just not fair and spoils customers' experience.”

“I love my Lowa walking trainers and wear them frequently. After several years I needed to replace the laces. I contacted Lowa and they confirmed that I could buy replacement laces on their website. The original laces on my Lowa trainers were about 100cm or a little less. However, the minimum length of laces on the Lowa website was 110cm. I bought a pair of the laces for £6 and the delivery service was very good. Unfortunately, the replacement laces are too long and I have to tie double bows to enjoy to avoid tripping over trailing laces. I think that Lowa should stock replacement laces of the same length as the laces in the footwear that they sell.”

“Lowa boots are brilliant, good value, comfortable and last year's so long as you look after them, I loved My Lowa mountain boots so much I bought a second pair and even had a third LOWA ZEPHYR MK2 GTX pair of boots, can't fault any of them, they are tough and comfortable!”
