“Great quality, made in Europe and durable. Sadly, despite my walking boots being Lowa and the same size, the shoes I bought rubbed so I had to return them. So far the return process has been easy.”

“Boots look and feel fine, and fit to size. They disappoint by not keeping my feet warm around the toes and the insole keeps riding up - now glued in place. Did not expect this, given the cost.”

“Lowa boots were recommended to me by a friend who said they were the only boots which fit her properly. So I tried a pair on at the Lowa stand at the Kendal Mountain Festival and was smitten. The representative on the stand was very helpful in advising on size and fit. I subsequently bought a pair on-line from Lowa and received them the next day.”

“Lowa ladies GTX are comfortable and lightweight. As a Search Dog Handler I've tried many walking boots and most are not upto the job of keeping my feet dry, supported and comfortable. LOWA GTX are my number 1 choice.”

“I am 70 years old have a life long passion for climbing mountains and also have bunyions. My beautifully made new Lowa boots give me excellent traction in rain and snow on slipery rocks, mud and grass as well as superb support for my feet and ankles. My feet are dry at the end of any climb. Now the best bit - they do not trigger my bunyions! I have already enjoyed several pain free days out in my beloved Lakeland mountains. PS I also love my Lowa socks!”

“Excellent company. Easy and hassle free to order on-line. Free returns, if needed, so no worries if sizing and/or colour are wrong. LOWA are that bit more expensive than 'other' manufacturers but never has there been a truer statement than 'you get what you pay for' - and what you get from LOWA is a quality long lasting product. Order any of their footwear - you will not be disappointed.”

“After several pairs of San Francisco GTX and Strato Evo Lo i'd thought id upgrade to Renegrade GTX Lo and whilst they may be great in the outdoors they are terrible in the urban enviroment. Any urban surface that is not Macadam based is slippy underfoot and you end up cautiously navagating the urban world. Not ideal. Ive tried the Explorer Lo and they seem nose heavy and not suited to me. LOWA Bring back some crossover traveller footware, something thats not hardcore and still quality - 5 Stars for San Francisco and Strato Evo but a lowly 2 for the Renegade GTX”

“Great, love my boots they are always comfortable and always fit well. I tend to pick the same style but if trying any other it’s never been a problem with returns. On my 4th pair of Lowa boots and wouldn’t go for any other”

“These are my 2nd pair of Renegades, the first have lasted 6.5 years and are the most comfortable shoes I own so I didn’t hesitate to buy a 2nd pair now I’ve gone through the soles of the 1st. I absolutely love them! They do come up small though, so I wear a 5 even though I’m typically a 4.”
