“I am still waiting for my boots to be delivered, I received a email saying that they would be delivered on the 27-01-21 between 10.00 & 14.00 so my wife booked the day off work to be here to receive them , they never arrived I have tried to find out where my parcel is by contacting UPS but can’t get any sense out of them as to where the parcel is and when it will be delivered , at the moment not a happy customer”

“The only insoles that have helped me. I tried a few different insoles, and all of them just hurt my feet. Put the lowa ones and it's been amazing. No pain what so ever”

“Excellent service, helpful on phone, then I placed order at 4pm. 5pm got despatch notice and boots arrived next day. Chose Women’s Renegrade, very comfortable for 10m hilly walks, needed Sz 8 narrow, normally wear Sz 6”

“I absolutely love my new Renegade boots. I am a reluctant internet shopper, but was delighted that my boots arrived very quickly, and were exactly as described. The narrow fitting suits me perfectly. No big adventures yet, but lots of local walks. Unbelievably comfortable from the first time I put them on.”

“Renegade Gtx Mid Ws. Absolutely amazing walking boots. Needed some good boots after breaking my ankle. So supportive and comfortable, perfect sizing, feels like these boots were made for my feet! Done 157 miles in January, not a single blister. Best walking boots I have ever had and they look good too. Would highly recommend.”

“Bought my first pair of Lowa 15 years ago. They finally gave up the ghost after 12 years, which is pretty good. Foolishly I ventured to try other makes and after two bad experiences returned to Lowa. They are a little more expensive, but the better design, quality and comfort easily justify the extra cost.”

“I explained my situation and because of lockdown not being able to visit a shop. They advised me which ones to go for so I followed their advice and bought a pair. The boots arrived the next day which was even quicker than their estimate and I am delighted with them. Thoroughly recommended.”
