“Ordering was straightforward, and payment standard, was a simple shopping experience, as I expected from a first class company, once I had received confirmation of my order, I didn’t receive any further communication from either Lowa or the postal company. Admittedly, there was an intermittent postal strike at the time, but three weeks, with no communication about the progress of my purchase from anyone is a bit disappointing. Even to the point of delivery, which was a complete surprise, I had no idea where or what had happened to my purchase. Left in the dark, sums it up !! Still happy I chose Lowa products over other market leaders. Quality always comes first.”

“First time dealing with Lowa but happy to do so again. Issue with delivery firm but this was due to strikes elsewhere. I had to change the boot size and this was done without hassle. Lowa staff were excellent at all stages. The bottom line is a good product with service to match.”

“I used to wear Ecco Expedition boots, I loved them but then they changed them. Luckily, I discovered Lowa Renegades which I love just as much - especially when they're on offer! Great boots.”

“I have purchased from you before about five years ago. My late husband had a pair of your boots, when he died I sold them and bought my size from your website. They are still going strong, so I thought I would take advantage of your sale and get myself a pair of plums Renegade GTX's. They are such a comfy boot, and they don't need as much walking in as some boots . I'm looking forward to using them! Thanks for offering my favourite colour too!”

“Well done Lowa. Very speedy delivery and easy to order. A little bit of sad news is the boots I ordered were too tight. No problem I phoned Lowa and were able to give me the same deal on a larger pair of boots once I returned the initial boots. Very easy to return the boots by a prepaid mailing slip.”

“I've been delighted with the on-line service from Lowa. A simple order process and shoes in an 11.5 size (a size rarely stocked in the retail outlets). The true test will be how they cope with 7 week's trekking across South America!”

“I have not yet received the boots!!? I was told they had been delivered they never were and then they disappeared in the DPD depot in Cardiff . I was told on Monday another pair were to de sent but as yet , nothing has arrived..”

“Bought my first pair 18 months ago and they’re so comfortable I’ve lived in them ever since. Added a second pair to cope with winter hiking, mud, rain etc. while keeping the originals for everyday wear. Only negative is the all black design seems to have been discontinued.”
