“I have yet to find a more comfortable lightweight boot, my first choice in footwear especially when on a ‘shopping trip’ never to have tired or wet feet. I am now on my third pair, wife on her second pair!”

“Have a pair of Lowa's which I love and now leak, ordered a new pair on 22 December and other than this and order acknowledgment I am still waiting a week later. I they have closed for Christmas and New Year they should tell you. On ordering I was given next day delivery. Shame the service doesn't seem to match the quality of product or maybe product is now no longer as good.”

“I've worn various types of Lowa's for 17 years and have always been an 11. Ordered some Tibet gtx boots but they have come up very wide. Even tried a 10.5 but still too wide to be wearable. A real shame as the boots look perfect for what I want.”

“Easy online ordering process. Ordered product over a weekend, item despatched on the Tuesday, and delivered 2 days later. Received an email at each step of the process. The fact that this all happened between 14/12 and 19/12 (potentially a very busy time of year), makes the service even more fantastic! Thank you.”

“I have owned Lowa boots for years and I think that they are a great boot! Unfortunately this particular pair did get sent to me as "they can't be located in the warehouse" I was bitterly disappointed with this and the fact that the email also said "we can't offer an alternative". Since then I have ordered a different pair but at a price alot higher than the original pair.”

“The boots seem okay. But I've had them less than two weeks, which is barely enough time to break them in. Yet, this company, Lowa, has given my email address to this third-party website without my permission and has sent multiple emails begging for a review. So now I'm starting to regret switching from the trusty Salomons that I've been wearing for more than ten years. I fear there is a rush to get a review out of me because these things aren't made to last.”

“I was a little disappointed when I received an email saying that the boots I ordered couldn't be found, but after talking with someone at Lowa we came to an agreement that I am over the moon with. Great products and great customer service. Thank you Lowa and I'm looking forward to completing "the fan dance" in my new pair of Baldos”

“The Walking shoes I have from Lowa are the most comfortable, straight from the box, that I have ever had. So much so that I have bought two pairs so that I can wear them every day at work or for walking to keep fit.”
