“I have a bunion on my one foot so finding wider fit boots is difficult. I didn’t keep these boots as the fit was slightly snug. I needed a pair quickly so went for Meindl which I have had before. However, I will give Lowa a try next time as they are well priced and very well made.”

“I recently had an experience with LOWA that really stood out. When I ordered a pair of boots, I realized I had chosen the wrong size. I contacted their customer service, and they were incredibly helpful and prompt in amending my order. The correct boots arrived quickly, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.”

“Ordered 3 sizes and returned the 2 pairs that did not fit for free. Refunded within 3 days. Excellent customer experience. I did need a size up then usual but this is normal with goretex-lined boots.”

“I've been wearing Lowa shoes and boots for several years now, I find their products to be comfortable, hard wearing and well-made. Their customer service is also exceptional. I recently had an issue with a pair of boots, which they replaced immediately. They are a quality brand manufacturing high quality products and I highly recommend them.”

“Have now used these for 6 days' walking. Was worried about breaking in a new pair of boots but it was absolutely no problem. Comfortable and good support. The walking was in extremely wet conditions and my feet remained completely dry throughout. Early days but very impressed so far.”

“Very comfortable but the soles are sooooo slippery it is unbelievable that a walking shoe would be like that”

“Great service from Lowa. I required new laces for my walking boots. They were a good price on the site and I chose to purchase from there. I was delighted at the checkout it find free delivery. This was a pleasant surprise as often when buying replacement parts the p&p is as expensive as the product.”

“I ended up buying 2 pairs of combat boots and some discounted summer sandals. All transactions were perfect. All above were very high quality and required no wearing in - they fit so well. Every detail is high quality - I’m tempted to buy another back up pair for summer use.”
