Sadly the service at the moment is poor - the website advertises a delivery time frame that they can't meet and there is no communication to let you know that the order is delayed. You can select a delivery date when ordering but our crate arrived a week after we expected it by which time we had run out of wood. We understand that there are problems with all supply chains but perhaps be more honest on your website and at the very least tell your customers if the delivery is delayed.
