“Best logs I have had in years - by far. No kindling size sticks hidden in the middle of the pallet either! Would have given 5 stars except for problem with haulier, so not exactly Logs Online's fault. The driver who did deliver the load was extremely helpful. “They were out of the Hickory smoking chips is ordered, so, as agreed, they sent what was called the seafood blend from the same company. They burn fine but have almost no flavour”

“This company have been great from equity through to delivery to my door. First time I have used them. I left my number for a call back, they called me back the same day, I had a few questions about types of logs, for our indoor fires and outdoor pizza oven, I bought heat logs, kiln dried birch and kindling wood. “The delivery was fine and the quality of the logs was very good. Unfortunately the kindling bags contained less than any we have had in the past and the crate was very loosely packed. In fact it wasn't "packed" and logs were falling out before the cardboard upper section was removed. Very disappointing and we shall be looking elsewhere for our next batch of fire wood in December.”
