“I ordered a Pallet of Logs on a Thursday evening. The following Monday I got a call from a courier to ask about my address. As it transpired I was working beside where he was delivering at that moment so I met the driver immediately and gave him exact directions. I arrived home to my pallet of logs placed exactly where I had asked him to place them. The logs are excellent quality - great heat. All in all a great service.”

“This was my first order from Logsonline and very happy with the size and quality of the logs in the crate. The driver was happy to put the crate exactly where I wanted. “Logs were ordered 1st Feb delivery was requested for 15th Feb which was my day off (emergency services worker) they never turnt up and I heard nothing - apoarently they tried to deliver them on the 16th but I was at work. So now I can only hope they turn up on my next precious days off. Never used before and doubt I will ever use again.”
