The customer service agent was very kind and kept me updated, which is why I gave this a 4, otherwise, I'd have rated LogsOnline at 1. “Deliver kiln dried wood in cardboard boxes which is great. Would be even better if delivery was free over £50 rather than £99. Kindling also in nets with no option of boxes which is a shame and means I’ll go elsewhere next time”

“Great website and excellent ‘live chat’ service. Ordered 20 bags of Kiln Dried Oak Firewood Logs on the basis of delivery within 2-3 working days. Disappointed to receive an email the day before expected delivery regarding supply chain issues, and possible three week delay. Understand current difficulties, but would have been helpful if website had been up-dated earlier, to reflect this. Still awaiting confirmation of delivery date!”

“The delivery was on the agreed day and they were in touch at all times to let us know the ETA. The wood is also really good and comes in nets so really convenient to me moved around. The only downside is that I was expecting the pallet to be less wider and taller so that it will go through our standard size gate. The driver had to leave it outside. Thanks god it was a sunny day and I could move it all inside with no major issue but next time I will contact them to understand if they could fit my order in a different pallet.”

“Having purchased 5 bags of Weber Lumpwood and 4 Bags of Weber briquettes I was hoping for the usual Weber high quality. No complaints so far with the briquettes, all seem very good however having now opened the 2nd bag of lumpwood, I am finding that it is the same poor quality as I found the first with shrapnel like pieces rather than the larger pieces that I am used to from Weber. The charcoal is probably the worst that I have had from Weber and is probably down to rough handling along its journey to me. It's a shame as I have always had a good experience using weber coals but this time, 2 bags in and I am finding it mostly unusable. I have still given 4 stars because of the very rapid service from LogsOnline with an unexpectedly fast next day delivery. The site was easy to navigate and response was excellent. I am just hoping that the other bags of coals are in a much better condition!!”
