Great website and excellent ‘live chat’ service. Ordered 20 bags of Kiln Dried Oak Firewood Logs on the basis of delivery within 2-3 working days. Disappointed to receive an email the day before expected delivery regarding supply chain issues, and possible three week delay.
Understand current difficulties, but would have been helpful if website had been up-dated earlier, to reflect this. Still awaiting confirmation of delivery date!
