“Finding a suitable logs package deal is relatively easy, as is placing an order. What is unreliable is getting delivery on an agreed date. The order form shows the delivery date. In the past, this has been reliable, with e-mail confirmation that the consignment is in the hands of the carrier and delivery date, followed by a text alert on the day. On this occasion, there was no e-mail nor text. On the expected day of delivery I had a phone call to ask what day would be convenient for delivery - this was not from the usual carrier, but one which I understood to be a sub-contractor. The delivery was made on the eventually agreed date. Also on this occasion, the deliverer had great difficulty offloading the pallet from the lorry and moving it to the front of the house. The consignment of nets was not stacked andsecured to the pallet properly, so as the pallet was moved a number of nets fell off. The pallet itself was not particularly well made. All in all the job was done but not particularly well.”

“I order from Logs Online because the net bags are easy for me to handle the distance to my log store. But why oh why do they have you put in a chosen delivery date, which I choose when I have a free day and then either, this is not passed on to the pallet company or ignored by said pallet company. They then decide delivery is when I’m not in. FRUSTRATING!”

“Would have been 5 stars but unfortunatly the log sizes were a bit inconsistent, length was ok but width was poor. there were a lot that were really thin and also a lot that were just too thick and needed to be split to size. however they do burn well and give off a great heat. Price was competative and delivery was very good.”

“Finding the desired product and placing the order was reasonably easy. Delivery date was indicated on the order form. A subsequent e-mail notification stated that the consignment had been picked up by the carriers, but still did not confirm definitively that the delivery would be made on that day. The carriers used to send an e-mail to confirm delivery date and time and a text to notify the delivery was on its way and due within a short time. There were none of these notifications on this occasion and we had to be around all day until delivery late afternoon. Otherwise a good service.”

“Only one gripe. I asked if they would take away the pallet as soon as I had unloaded the bags of wood. The office agreed, but the driver did not, so I had to make a special visit to the re-cycling centre.”

“Booked a delivery for the friday. Logs delivered on the Wednesday before the booked friday delivery date so only 4 out of 5. Crate was well stacked. Very little free space. All good size logs no small branches.”

“Logsonline service was fine with good communication. Delivery was requested for 7/8 but no communication from delivery company. Delivery occurred on 8/8, fortunately we were in. With large crates, delivery communication is essential. On the plus side delivery driver was very accommodating regarding crate placement. Will use again.”
