“First time using Logsonline. Ordered 4 bags and on the day of arrival received a letter saying the product was out of stock. Received an email offering 2 different options and was delivered the next day by a super helpful person - they had an issue and resolved it very, very well. Would be 5 stars other than the issue was raised on the day it was supposed to be delivered, should have been sooner. I will recommend and use them again purely for customer service. Smelly stuff always happens and it is how it is resolved that is important.”

“Bit of a rigmarole to get my order processed then got calls from freight folks and then from delivery man having to do call backs and voice mails for a product which surged enormously in price since my first order in 2020 at 400 E now about 700e with a belated but welcome discount in the form of s credit note The Fergal Murtagh piece was very polite which is appreciated at this end. “Delivered quickly and on time. Thank you. This was our first time ordering logs for our new wood burner. We ordered oak and larch boxes, but being novices with wood we had difficulty determining which was which. A label on the boxes would have been useful. We will order again - please help us out!”

“After a box arrived, opened and half empty I contacted customer service with photos. They asked me to weigh a 30kg box of fire wood, and since I didn’t have a commercial scale at home (surprise surprise), I told them that would not be possible. They contacted me after a week or so and actually sent me a full box to compensate fir the half empty one. Although it took a while and a negative review to get there, they have listened and solved the problem. This was the first time I had any problems with delivery and I am pleased that we were able to come to a resolution even if it took some time”

“Unfortunately my order was delayed with no communication but once that was all sorted the delivery guy was amazing as he found it difficult to park the crate on my drive but got there in the end. The wood has burnt great so great quality. Would order again without a doubt”

“Absolutely happy with the logs. Not quite so happy with the delivery as I had requested a phone call when they got here so the logs could be put in my garage which is separate from my property. There was no phone call just a message to say the logs had been delivered on a pallet to my front door. I am 77 years old and I then had to get them from my front door to my garage about 200 yards away. I couldn't even lift a 20kg box of logs.”
