“I purchased two yucca plants, and when they arrived were well-packaged. I had to wait a little longer for delivery but was kept fully informed regarding this, which I found important. The plants are of good quality and have replaced the real ones that I lost in the frosty weather earlier in the year. Would definitely buy from this company again.”

“Having been looking for some ‘good’ artificial plants for sometime I discovered ‘Just artificial’ from a google search. After sometime spent looking through the website I started an online chat in order to get some extra information about some plants I was interested in. Dylan was excellent. He went way beyond what I was expecting to tell me about the stock and even photographed individual plants and sent the images to me so that I could see exactly what they looked like. He gave me measurements to make sure they would fit in the pot I intended to use. Absolutely incredible service from an independent retailer. I thoroughly recommend ‘Just Artificial’ and when the plants I ordered arrived they were of excellent quality and look superb and ‘real’ now they are all planted up. I will definitely be using ‘Just Artificial’ again in the future.”

I've given 5 stars because of the quality but I think that the length of time on delivery was a little longer than I thought but would have been acceptable if I had some communication after purchase and before that delivery.”

Hi Karen, thank you for your kind review. It's good to hear you are happy with the quality of your product but we're sorry to see delivery took longer than expected. This could be down to the fact the order was placed and dispatched on a Friday, Evri sometimes encounters delays since parcels aren't processed over the weekend.

“The sulk daffs are excellent. However the delivery was questionable. It took for the courier to deliver after you dispatched the package and they ignored the delivery instructions, stuffing the box in the gate and squashing it in the process. We always have problems with Evri .”
