“Item delivered was not the same colour as pictured on their website, it clearly shows pink and red geraniums in the hanging basket but mine that arrived are all red flowers. Very disappointed with my purchase I will not order from this company again. Beware if you order the cone hanging basket. UPDATE I Have now reviewed my review given and upgraded it to a 5* review due to the fact that Dylan from customer care at Just Artificial couldn’t of been more helpful, he sent me out pink geraniums for me to put in my hanging basket they arrived today very promptly, it’s all about the customer service and how they deal with the problem, 10/10 for me thank you Dylan one happy customer.”

“I was looking for a realistic-looking plant for a dark shower room as no real plants have survived lack of light. I bought the trailing ivy and, although I didn't realise it didn't come in a pot, I soon managed to secure in my own pot with some loops of garden wire attached to the bottom of the stem and then covered with a bag of crushed shells I aready had to weigh it down. Looks fantastic!”
