“I’ve tried many cream for my son to reduce his ichthyosis for the past 14 years but this cream did the job, cleared the skin within 4 weeks. I’m so happy I came across this on google because I’ve tried many dermatologist with no cure.”

Hi Sandra, Totally normal to feel a tingle when you first apply some active ingredients can cause a brief sensation. If it’s mild and fades within a few minutes, it’s usually nothing to worry about. If you’re concerned, try applying a smaller amount or mixing with your moisturizer to dilute the initial sting, and consider a patch test on a small area first. If the tingling persists or you experience redness or irritation, please stop use and contact us. Thanks Team Facetheory

“Very happy with Facetheory products. All the creams work wonderfully and have a great smell. The only products I didnt like were the serums for the face. Very sticky on my skin.”

“The best moisturizer I've ever purchased, genuinely. So lightweight, my skin has no bad reaction to it and it literally is the best based for my makeup. I saw such a difference compared to my other moisturizers. And it is healing my damaged skin barrier and slowly helping unclog my pores.”

“I love your products and been a customer for years now…. But the packaging is absolute c***! Non recyclable, so much waste as so much product stays in the tube. I have stopped recommending you to friends since everyone hates your new packages. Can’t you do the creams packages like the serums?? “Uso da più di un anno i prodotti di facetheory e devo dire che hanno veramente salvato la mia pelle.. pori ridotti e pelle più sana. Ho la pelle delicata e l'olfatto molto sensibile e le creme senza profumazione mi hanno salvato sotto questo punto di vista. L’unica cosa negativa che ho da dire riguardo queste creme è il tipo di confezione. Il formato a tubetto, con il tappo da svitare, non è molto pratico. Sarebbe decisamente meglio un contenitore con erogatore a pressione (tipo pump), che permette di far uscire la crema in modo più comodo e igienico.”

“Came across Facetheory after watching a tiktok review of their ectoin barrier build milk ( which I purchased along with glow C daily spf moisturiser, 20% vitamin C serum and porebright niacinamide serum) love them all, especially the spf moisturiser which I've since repurchased and bought their cleansing products to try ( vitamin C cream cleanser and HydraCleanse rebalancing cleanser) All the products I've bought have been a pleasure to use and effective so far. Definitely starting to improve my skin which is looking glowy with a more even tone, no breakouts either. Great value for money and excellent customer service.”

“The products themselves are good but I cannot get over the horrendous new packaging. The glass jars were wonderful to use and the aluminium tubes are horrible and unsafe.The tube lid chafes against the aluminium tube itself, creating tiny particles which eventually mix in with the products, creating a toxic grey sludge, which is incredibly dangerous. When I brought it up with customer service, they had the audacity to say that it's harmless and I should just wipe it off. I shared photos of the tubes to support my argument. No refund offered despite me sharing photos of the tubes to support my argument.”
