“I think the quality of the products has changed a bit.Also as a user it was much convinient to use from glass bottles than tubes as the cap for the tubes breaks very easily.”

“Got the Hydraoat daily moisturiser and it is lovely, also got the HydraSerene night cream and this one isn't quite right for me. Feels heavy and doesn't sink in properly on my skin.”

“There are a few Face Theory products that I have been using for several years now and really like. They are: Glow C cream cleanser, Glow C moisturiser SPF 30 and Balancing Rosehip Oil which I mix sometimes with my toner. I am currently trying Peptide Firming Night cream but it's too early to say if there are any improvements. I am 69. I do not like, however, the new tube packaging and fell Zi sm.bring short changed on the amount of product I am getting. Please bring back jars!!!”

“Really enjoying my skincare routine. Only gripe would be that I (and my rubbish eye sight!)miss the older packaging. My daily and night moisturisers look exactly the same as do a serum and night oil I use - liked the different colours that came with the old packaging.”

“Have used the products for years and it works really well for me. However, delivery time is taking quite a bit of time. That's the only flaw. Otherwise it's all good. Also I hope some products are in an airless pump instead of the pipettes.”

“Die Produkte sind super gut und pflegen meine Haut optimal. Seitdem ich die Produkte benutze hab hat mein Hautbild sich zum Positiven verändert. Leider gefallen mir die neuen Verpackungen nicht. Die Plastikverschlüsse halten nicht auf den Tuben aus Blech. Die Crems quillen immer aus der Tube und man verschwendet so viel Produkt, dass die Tube trotz gleicher Größe nur noch halb so lange halten. Sehr schade bei den Preisen.”
