“I stay true to the brand because I like their products. I’ve ordered a different serum this time to see if I notice a difference. The prices are still good but are getting expensive on some products. Overall I like Facetheory and for now will continue to use them.”

“I really love the products but I can't stand the new packaging. It falls over no matter what, it's not easy to tell what is what at a glance, and the tubes are really awkward to use basically half way in. Would love it it went back to the old ones as they ticked all the boxes. Otherwise product and ordering/delivery process was all good.”

“I love the plastic free products. The aha bha toner is great. I really like the glycolic acid body cream, and I love that it doesn’t have shea butter or coconut oil (it’s so hard to find products that are plastic free without these). However, I do wish there was a fragrance free option.”

“I think the smell needs to improve , and packaging made it feel cheap which didn’t feel so good when it costs so much , product works well”

“I really love the products - very kind to my sensitive skin, they last ages and I feel my skin is much clearer and happier when I'm doing this routine. My only criticism is the packaging. I waste loads of eye cream because so much squirts out when you take the lid off. I end up having to decant it into a glass pot. And the face scrub and cleanser tubes with the foil seals have no obvious way to pierce them!”

“I like the product but was disappointed that it said on the website when I ordered it that it was mandarin rather than sweet almond oil. Although it does say mandarin in the ingredients half way down the list). I have had the mandarin product in the past which I absolutely loved as did my daughter & granddaughter. The almond oil is fine but we all much preferred the mandarin one. Glad you've changed the top!”

“I like this face cream with SPF, stocked up for summer as last year this sold out. I’m still not 100% convinced that it gets recycled by our local council and I’m still hoping one day that there will be a different colour writing on different creams. I’ve ended up buying a different brand for a night cream as I was always getting them mixed up, so now I can more easily differentiate!”

“I’m giving 4 stars. I love the products but preferred when they came in glass pots, perfect for recycling in my green bin. I feel I’m wasting some of product with the metal tubes, I can’t get it all out. The metal caps are fiddly too.”

“I love your products. I don’t love the new packaging of your moisturizers. The jars were much easier to manage. The tubes sometimes leave a gray film on the product and it hurts my hands to try to squeeze out the product, especially towards the end. I would really prefer you go back to jars, or at the very least go to plastic tubes.”

“I love the product first of all you can get fragrance free products and I love retinal serum which is kind to skin as I have used retinoids from another company made my skin so dry .”
