“I love these products but there's some issue with the packaging. The logos and descriptions printed on the amber tinctures have completely rubbed off within a couple of weeks and I can't make out what it says (I've labelled it myself, but just wanted to point it out)”

“I’ve been using Face Theory products for 7 years and have been happy with all the products I’ve used. I’ve been using the glow c eye cream daily for nearly 1.5 years. The eye cream has been amazing for my under eye area, which had been beginning to sink and was noticeably darker before I began using this product. In photos I can see a clear difference compared to before I started using it to now- the under eye is visibly brighter and more plumped up. It’s great value as well because you only need a small amount and the product lasts absolutely ages - I only had to repurchase after 10 months of daily use and I’ve had the current tube for 6 months and still have enough left for quite a while and I use it every night. I just came here to rave about this amazing product!”

“This is my second time purchasing your products. First time was hit & miss learning what worked for me, this time I’m very happy and have a great routine morning and night. I have mature skin & very dry as well. Using three products my skin stays hydrated all night.”

“Although quite pricey, I found that Facetheory products are my favourite for skincare. They are worth the extra $ because they actually make my feel look and feel different. I have hormonal issues so I get acne no matter what, but the vitamin C serum and the resurfacing toner really help for it to heal quick and for the scars to fade.”

“I still love the actual product but I still hate this newer packaging. It is harder to get all the product out of the tube and harder to recycle. The glass pots meant you could get every tiny scrap out and they could be reused or recycled. So much gets wasted in a metal tube, and the plastic cap goes against why I started using you guys in the first place”

“Only giving 4 stars. I have used your products for a while now and they suit my skin. I just wish you still made them in glass jars. The tubes are stiff to squeeze and there’s a lot of waste at the end. I wonder if the tubes can actually be recycled when they’re not fully empty? The lids are fiddly too compared to the big lids on the glass jars. I used to decant some of the cleanser in to little plastic pots for travel so never had to take a big jar with me.”

“I've loved Facetheory's products for a while and their customer service is amazing however, with their recent product packaging change it has really messed up one of the moisturizers I use. They used to package all the products in nice dark glass containers and now they are in tube-style containers with metal which sometimes excretes metal into the products. Because of this problem, Facetheory replaced a tube of my favorite Vitamin C Daily Moisturizer and I just recently ordered a lot more however, the packaging remains the same and continues to have same issue. Sadly, I will no longer be ordering their products due to the packaging malfunction as I really don't want metal on my skin or in my skincare products.”

“pricey skincare but worth it, quality ingredients and one of the only brands where i see an immediate difference in the size of my pores and hydration of my skin after use. the supergel oil free moisturiser is incredible and is the best moisturiser i have ever used on my combination skin - deeply hydrating without being thick and clogging my pores.”
