“The products themselves are good but I cannot get over the horrendous new packaging. The glass jars were wonderful to use and the aluminium tubes are horrible and unsafe.The tube lid chafes against the aluminium tube itself, creating tiny particles which eventually mix in with the products, creating a toxic grey sludge, which is incredibly dangerous. When I brought it up with customer service, they had the audacity to say that it's harmless and I should just wipe it off. I shared photos of the tubes to support my argument. No refund offered despite me sharing photos of the tubes to support my argument.”

“Facetheory is the only brand I buy my skincare from. It’s totally changed my skin, helping improve its texture, clear up congestion and glow. I’ve experimented with lots of Facetheory products and have solid favourites that I purchase on repeat that really make a difference to how my skin looks and feels. Ethics, animal welfare and sustainability are really important to me and it’s difficult to find a skincare brand that has good environmental credentials whilst also being affordable and effective - Facetheory ticks all of these boxes. I rave about it to all of to my friends and cannot recommend it enough. The branding is also gorgeous.”

“The products look like a good quality. The Atelain Serum burns a little on my sensitive skin, but it is okay. The Vitamin C Serum smells like dense smoke out of a fire, which I really don‘t like. I used another Vitamin C Serum fron another label before, which didn‘t smell smokey.”

We’re glad the packaging and quality come across well, but we’re sorry the Atelain Serum stings a bit on sensitive skin and the Vitamin C Serum has an unexpected smoky smell. If you’re comfortable, please consider a patch test and reducing the amount used, or we can suggest alternatives better suited for sensitive skin. “The skincare products are good, some of them more than others. I am not keen on the cheap aluminium tubes, they dont store well, the caps don't work well and I think it is a bit overprized without nice containers: I took a break from them when they changed the packaging. I gave it a try this time thinking I would decant into glass jars but that is just another job to do..”

“I really love the Glow-C Daily Moisturiser SPF 30 because it is unscented and doesn't make my sensitive eyes water like other moisturisers do and has good protection from sun damaged My only BIG disappointment is that the packaging has change from a glass jar to a metal tube which I really do not like. So much that I tried to find an alternative, but couldn't find one to suit me, so I'm reluctantly back to the tube.”
