“I started by using non scented, but it is now reoeatedly out of stock?! Can you please reintroduce it as I have had to use the manarin scented which is not so good for me.”

“I loved the exa glow serum however the new bottles seem quite flimsy and harder to use with the pipette than the previous packaging. Also the serum feels a bit watered down than usual so am quite disappointed”

“I will not buy skincare from any other brand. Every product I've purchased from Facetheory has done what it was supposed to do - when does that ever happen? “We love the FaceTheory products, and so could not resist their sale opportunities! All was very straighforward in the ordering process, and all the communication from FT. Their customer service is brilliant. The Post Office lost our delivery. The wonderfully helpful staff at FT responded incredibly quickly, and had a replacement order sent out straight away, and received super fast. They couldn't have been nicer about everything.
