“I love your products, but not at all happy with the packaging. The tubes are poorly designed and I end up with wasted product and knowing how expensive they are makes me quite grumpy.”

“I like this face cream with SPF, stocked up for summer as last year this sold out. I’m still not 100% convinced that it gets recycled by our local council and I’m still hoping one day that there will be a different colour writing on different creams. I’ve ended up buying a different brand for a night cream as I was always getting them mixed up, so now I can more easily differentiate!”

“I can’t fault the products. The oil free gel moisturiser is perfect, it’s so lightweight, but also so nourishing. I have really oily, acne prone skin and have tried countless products- face theory is the only one that doesn’t break me out! The small issue I have is with the product packaging. It can be hard to reach all the product, or the foil tubes split open. However, face theory have been experimenting with packaging changing it up, so it proves they listen to customer feedback :) I highly recommend!!!”

“I absolutely love all the products I use from facetheory! I’ve been struggling with hormonal skin for the last year and tried so many different brands. This brand is the only brand that has got rid of my dry skin and reduced spots to next to nothing. I also love the fact that the products I’ve chosen to stick to all score excellent on Yuka so no nasty chemicals. Please keep doing what you’re doing Facetheory!!”

“I’m giving 4 stars. I love the products but preferred when they came in glass pots, perfect for recycling in my green bin. I feel I’m wasting some of product with the metal tubes, I can’t get it all out. The metal caps are fiddly too.”
