“Really nice products that do not contain any harmful chemicals. This is so important to me. Lots of skin care choices to suit skin types. I love how the company continues to make changes to provide the best packaging for the environment and consumer. Very quick delivery and also some good offers. This is one of the best companies for putting health and safety of people and the environment ahead of making money. I recommend Face Theory to everyone.”

“I absolutely love all the products I use from facetheory! I’ve been struggling with hormonal skin for the last year and tried so many different brands. This brand is the only brand that has got rid of my dry skin and reduced spots to next to nothing. I also love the fact that the products I’ve chosen to stick to all score excellent on Yuka so no nasty chemicals. Please keep doing what you’re doing Facetheory!!”

“I’m giving 4 stars. I love the products but preferred when they came in glass pots, perfect for recycling in my green bin. I feel I’m wasting some of product with the metal tubes, I can’t get it all out. The metal caps are fiddly too.”

“The facial wash wasn't for me, but the customer service is sorting things put was top tier. Just for that alone, I'll try another product in the future.”

“I love the products and I have been using them for years. Although like many other , I prefer the jars over the tubes. I appreciate that tubes are more sustainable and hygienic but once you use the product and roll the tube, the name gradually disappears and its very hard to recognise the cream you actually want to use, they all look the same. I would suggest at least different colours of the tubes or printing. This would make diffrent products more visible and recognisable particularly for those with poor eyesight.”

“All the products make a great impression right from the start when they arrive. The packaging is beautiful, and it feels like you’ve treated yourself to a really nice experience. I bought a series of cleansing products, and both I (with dry skin) and my partner (with oily skin) find them very good. They’re gentle, so we don’t experience any irritation, and our skin feels really smooth and soft after using them. With consistency, you can definitely see a reduction in blackheads and impurities. Really enjoying it so far!”

“I’ve been using Facetheory since 2020 and I have my all time favourites (the Porebright niacinamide toner, the vitamin c serum and the glow-c cleanser), but I’ve been also trying other products, so far happy with them. The only product I couldn’t use was the oil cleanser (I think it was the jojoba oil one): it was very difficult to remove plus it sting the eyes quite a lot. But I would love to try more oil cleansers if the company decides to launch more. Overall, I really like the brand, I thought I wouldn’t like the new packaging but actually I ended up loving it, especially the tube series (I used to love the dark glass but it is true that the tubes are more comfortable to use).”

“I love your products. I don’t love the new packaging of your moisturizers. The jars were much easier to manage. The tubes sometimes leave a gray film on the product and it hurts my hands to try to squeeze out the product, especially towards the end. I would really prefer you go back to jars, or at the very least go to plastic tubes.”
