“I love Face Theory my son uses your products he is 50 he has wonderful skin,He got me onto your products i hav ben using the glow up tin cleanser its brilliant my skin feels so soft after using it plus I use your moisturiser with 30 spf every single day on my face neck & decollete wouldn't use anything else thanks .”

“Genuinely… awful. The new supergel oil free moisturiser container is awful. I have had it maybe 2 weeks and when you use the pump no more comes out even though you can see there is plenty in the jar. Awful design and seems designed more so you have to buy more than for the environment. Not good at all and seriously not happy.”

Hi Nathan Thank you for your feedback and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience with the dispenser. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and we completely understand how frustrating this can be. We’re already looking into ways to improve our packaging to help prevent issues like this in the future. In the meantime, if your Supergel Oil-Free Moisturiser isn’t dispensing as expected, try giving the bottle a good shake. This helps move the product to the bottom of the bottle so the pump can draw it up properly. To prevent this from happening, always store the bottle upright, as the pump may struggle to reach the product if it isn’t sitting at the bottom. “Absolutely incredible! No other words . “This is the first Facetheory order I have placed & it won’t be the last. My skin was feeling irritated & puffy due to allergies etc… I used the ectoin serum & the next morning my skin felt & looked so much better. Very soothing & hydrating. Also love the night cream, just what my extremely dry skin needs. Shipping was great , definitely ordering again.”

“I really love the products - very kind to my sensitive skin, they last ages and I feel my skin is much clearer and happier when I'm doing this routine. My only criticism is the packaging. I waste loads of eye cream because so much squirts out when you take the lid off. I end up having to decant it into a glass pot. And the face scrub and cleanser tubes with the foil seals have no obvious way to pierce them!”

“I like the product but was disappointed that it said on the website when I ordered it that it was mandarin rather than sweet almond oil. Although it does say mandarin in the ingredients half way down the list). I have had the mandarin product in the past which I absolutely loved as did my daughter & granddaughter. The almond oil is fine but we all much preferred the mandarin one. Glad you've changed the top!”

“Lovely product, very gentle. Packaging eco-friendly too. My only suggestion would be that the writing on the tubes is quite small, especially for an older person with poorer site Definitely will keep buying”
