We switched from glass jars to tubes to make our products lighter, safer for travel, and easier to recycle through standard household recycling. “The products are fantastic, work well and my skin is so much better for it. However the website is awful. It isn't set up to work on a phone. On a lap top, bits don't work, I couldn't place my order, I can't reorder items even though it looks like I should be able to. In the end I needed to contact the help desk and use incognito mode to buy the products I wanted. It has really put me off using your products again.”

Skincare results can take a little while to show, especially when it comes to collagen production and hydration balance, so consistency is key. We usually recommend giving products like Polypep Complex and our Hyaluronic Acid Serum around 4–6 weeks of regular use to begin seeing visible improvements in texture and firmness.
