“I discovered Facetheory a while ago but only managed to place my first order recently. I'm really curious about their clean, rich, and promising formulas, but I’m not a fan of the metallic packaging, honestly. Their customer service is outstanding: they sorted an issue with a leaking eye cream in less than 10 minutes and the replacement arrived in a couple of days. I'm a bit surprised they’re not available at Boots or other beauty retailers: I feel like the brand is quite under the radar despite the quality they offer.”

“I love these products but since changing from the glass pot to the metal tubes I will be looking for an alternative I could wash the glass to recycle - I can’t do this with the metal tube Annoyingly however I try to manipulate the tube it regularly decides to continue squeezing out so I am always wasting the product 😩 Bring back the glass!”

“Yeah so I stumbled across FaceTheory by accident. I was looking at affordable moisturisers and the packaging looked so sterile, so I thought clearly these people must really trust their product to not spend too much on the way it looks. I navigated the website pretty easily to see what would work for me and I for the oil free moisturiser and the retinol night cream that smells like citrus. Thought I’d chuck it out in a week, but was pleasantly surprised. It actually has greatly improved my skin. It cost quite a bit - according to my purse - and it seemed so small for the value. Bur it’s been over a month of using both everyday Andy here’s over half left in the tube. I’m definitely going to be interested in other things FT could launch because for my skin, their product has fulfilled the base level requirement and then some. Overall, definitely get this if you can. Try one or two products and see how they work. Would greatly appreciate if FT could launch a sunscreen that pairs well with their product.”

“Love this cleanser but really hate the packaging. I preferred the original jar. My last two tubes of this cleanser both cracked and had to bin them as the product was leaking and the cleanser was discoloured due to the packaging. Off putting to say the least! Bring back the jar !!”

“I’ve tried many azelaic acid products with little to no results, but Facetheory’s Blemicalm Azelaic Acid 10% Clarifying Serum truly works. I started using it during pregnancy when my acne treatment options were limited, and halfway through the 30ml bottle I saw a huge improvement — breakouts stopped forming overnight, and even old, stubborn blemishes began fading fast.
