“I’ve tried many cream for my son to reduce his ichthyosis for the past 14 years but this cream did the job, cleared the skin within 4 weeks. I’m so happy I came across this on google because I’ve tried many dermatologist with no cure.”

“Thank you so much for creating these amazing products. I was struggling to find a face wash that would suit my sensitive and acne prone skin and my friend suggested me to try aha bha vitamin c cleanser. It proved to be a saviour!! I wasn’t expecting to see results as early as I did but within 2-3 days my acne started calming down. It feels like a magic formula for my skin. Thank you to everyone involved in creating this product.❤️ I also tried the oat moisturiser and that is amazing too for my skin. Just one suggestion to improve the tube cap size. I find it a bit messy to open and close the tube. Also want to ask if there is a plan to launch makeup range? I’m sure that will be as good as skincare.”

Regarding makeup, we actually used to offer a small range in the past, but decided to discontinue it. Since we hand-make all our products in-house, it was quite challenging to keep the same shade and consistency across batches. “I have grown to love Facetheory in a short amount of time. Their formulas are thoughtful and effective without being overtuned (which can cause irritation), offer fragrance-free options (every brand should be doing this), and everything I've tried so far has been a winner (hydrating cleanser, calming toner, tranexamic acid serum, and oil-free moisturizer). I have a difficult time with cleansers in particular, and this one was an obvious winner out the gate.”

“The products themselves are excellent, but the new packaging has been challenging to use. Because all the tubes are the same color, it’s easy to confuse the day cream with the night cream—especially during busy mornings. The uniform design also doesn’t look as appealing on the bathroom shelf. I’ve also noticed that when the tube is nearly empty, the packaging can split at the point where it’s squeezed, which leaves the product exposed and makes it difficult to use the remaining cream. Overall, it’s harder to get the full amount of product out of the squeeze-style packaging. By contrast, the previous glass jars were both practical and beautiful. The color-coded design made each product easy to identify, they looked elegant on the shelf, and they allowed me to use every last bit of the cream without any damage to the packaging. For these reasons, I strongly encourage you to consider bringing back the original glass jar packaging. It offered a much better user experience in terms of functionality, durability, and appearance. I—and I believe many other customers—would greatly appreciate its return. Thank you!!”

“I really like the Facetheory products and have used them for a few years with positive effects. I wish they hadn't switched from jars to tubes though. I lost a lot of my latest eye cream the first 2 times I opened it. Quite a waste when the tube only contained 15 mL.”
