“I’ve tried many cream for my son to reduce his ichthyosis for the past 14 years but this cream did the job, cleared the skin within 4 weeks. I’m so happy I came across this on google because I’ve tried many dermatologist with no cure.”

“I’ve been using Facetheory since 2020 and I have my all time favourites (the Porebright niacinamide toner, the vitamin c serum and the glow-c cleanser), but I’ve been also trying other products, so far happy with them. The only product I couldn’t use was the oil cleanser (I think it was the jojoba oil one): it was very difficult to remove plus it sting the eyes quite a lot. But I would love to try more oil cleansers if the company decides to launch more. Overall, I really like the brand, I thought I wouldn’t like the new packaging but actually I ended up loving it, especially the tube series (I used to love the dark glass but it is true that the tubes are more comfortable to use).”

“I love your products. I don’t love the new packaging of your moisturizers. The jars were much easier to manage. The tubes sometimes leave a gray film on the product and it hurts my hands to try to squeeze out the product, especially towards the end. I would really prefer you go back to jars, or at the very least go to plastic tubes.”

Hi Sandra, Totally normal to feel a tingle when you first apply some active ingredients can cause a brief sensation. If it’s mild and fades within a few minutes, it’s usually nothing to worry about. If you’re concerned, try applying a smaller amount or mixing with your moisturizer to dilute the initial sting, and consider a patch test on a small area first. “The best moisturizer I've ever purchased, genuinely. So lightweight, my skin has no bad reaction to it and it literally is the best based for my makeup. I saw such a difference compared to my other moisturizers. And it is healing my damaged skin barrier and slowly helping unclog my pores.”
