“Commande passé sans nouvelle 15jours après toujours pas livré, j' ai contacté 2 fois la service après vente, il m'ont dit que c'est en route, mais trois jours après le colis arrive avec 14€ de frais de douane ce qui n'était pas précisé sur le site avant l'achat, je ne sais pas si c'est de la malchance vu tout les commentaires positifs, en tout cas je suis très déçu.”

“I ordered the product over a month ago and still have NOT RECEIVED IT. I was given a tracking number but it never was tied to an actual delivery! It kept showing me my item was in Germany! I have filed a claim with paypal and would like my money back as there has been no way to contact this company.”

De nombreux éléments peuvent augmenter la sensibilité ou provoquer des irritations. ou par exemple, il peut s'agir d'un ingrédient spécifique de la formule auquel vous êtes allergique, ou d'un ingrédient actif tout simplement trop puissant pour votre peau. Parfois, il s’agit d’autres produits utilisés en même temps, voire de facteurs externes/environnementaux. J'ai demandé au service client de vérifier cela pour vous et de vous contacter par e-mail. “Bonjour, je n'étais pas satisfait du produit que je vous ai acheté car je n'ai pas pu obtenir le résultat en deux semaines comme indiqué dans l'annonce, l'acné sur mon visage était toujours là, votre produit y ajoute même et il laisse du noir une tache sur mon visage que je n'aime pas. je ne peux donc recommander votre produit à personne. merci.”

Oi Lamentamos saber que seu pedido não chegou. Eu entendo o quão frustrante isso deve ser para você. Não era nossa intenção que isso acontecesse, no entanto, os transportadores ainda enfrentam alguns atrasos devido à covid e outros eventos nacionais e internacionais. Observando o rastreamento do pedido original, ele chegou ao país de destino e está a caminho do escritório de entrega local. Mais uma vez, muitas desculpas pelo atraso. Obrigado Facetheory

Hallo Es tut uns leid, dass Ihre Bestellung nicht angekommen ist. Ich verstehe, wie frustrierend das für Sie sein muss. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass dies geschieht, allerdings kommt es bei Kurieren immer noch zu Verzögerungen aufgrund von Covid-19 und anderen nationalen und internationalen Ereignissen. Ein Blick auf die Sendungsverfolgung der ursprünglichen Bestellung zeigt, dass diese heute geliefert wurde. Nochmals vielmals Entschuldigung für die Verzögerung. Danke Facetheory-Team

“I bought the face theory super gel oil free for my face but unfortunately it was making my face so oily and I started to break out for whatever reason I don’t understand. I have a combination skin. I have read good review about this product online but it did not work well for me.”
