“My Facetheory skincare items arrived quickly and I am extremely satisfied, as always, with my chosen products. The vitamin C cleansing cream, the 3% retinol night serum and the night moisturiser are all fabulous and suit my skin well. “I really love the products but I can't stand the new packaging. It falls over no matter what, it's not easy to tell what is what at a glance, and the tubes are really awkward to use basically half way in. Would love it it went back to the old ones as they ticked all the boxes. Otherwise product and ordering/delivery process was all good.”

“I like the brand, although I think it’s expensive so wait until there are offers on the products I use. I particularly like the polypep collagen boosting serum and think it has made an improvement on my neck.”

“I keep coming back to these products. I've got oily skin, open pores and get occasional spots. Something about the clarifying cleanser, the pore bright serum and oil free moisturiser just seem to work beautifully together for my skin. If I've had an issue, the company are responsive. I did struggle with some of the new packaging, but feedback was taken in board and everything feels easy to use again. A great range of products and a company I trust.”

“I love the plastic free products. The aha bha toner is great. I really like the glycolic acid body cream, and I love that it doesn’t have shea butter or coconut oil (it’s so hard to find products that are plastic free without these). However, I do wish there was a fragrance free option.”

“I love Face Theory my son uses your products he is 50 he has wonderful skin,He got me onto your products i hav ben using the glow up tin cleanser its brilliant my skin feels so soft after using it plus I use your moisturiser with 30 spf every single day on my face neck & decollete wouldn't use anything else thanks .”

“Genuinely… awful. The new supergel oil free moisturiser container is awful. I have had it maybe 2 weeks and when you use the pump no more comes out even though you can see there is plenty in the jar. Awful design and seems designed more so you have to buy more than for the environment. Not good at all and seriously not happy.”

Hi Nathan Thank you for your feedback and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience with the dispenser. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and we completely understand how frustrating this can be. We’re already looking into ways to improve our packaging to help prevent issues like this in the future. In the meantime, if your Supergel Oil-Free Moisturiser isn’t dispensing as expected, try giving the bottle a good shake. This helps move the product to the bottom of the bottle so the pump can draw it up properly. To prevent this from happening, always store the bottle upright, as the pump may struggle to reach the product if it isn’t sitting at the bottom.
