“I received my product and only used it twice and I had to discontinue but the stinging was so bad. I literally had to wash my face as it felt as if it was burning. The stinging sensation lasted for more than 15mins. My face also became really bad as it brought out more acne and blackheads. Not what I was expecting at all”

“I have been using the Ectoin Milk to restore my skin barriers after using too many actives. My skin was dry and thin round my eyelids, plus a little perioral dermatitis. I’ve been using it once or twice a day and I’m really pleased with the results. My skin feels much healthier and more moisturised. The ingredients are non-triggering and light. I’ve already bought a second bottle!”

“Facetheory products are great! Good formulation and simple, but effective ingredients. BUT: please bring back the face/body oils - especially an oil with retinoides/vitamin c There is no comparable product on the market -> big marketing and niche product potential”

“I love your products, but not at all happy with the packaging. The tubes are poorly designed and I end up with wasted product and knowing how expensive they are makes me quite grumpy.”
