“I really hoped this would be the moisturiser for me after trying many for my sensitive skin, but unfortunately I reacted to it, but it is a lovely moisturiser for those who are so sensitive”

“Double glow exfoliating face & body is a fantastic product - my skin feels so smooth and clean. Unfortunately, the glow c vitamin c cream cleaner and retinol firming moisturiser have not agreed with my skin and I have broken out with my skin looking dull and feeling sore. It’s obviously my skin needs products that are deep cleansing and not products that potentially clog.”

“I ordered the day cream and the night cream, the night cream is very pleasant nothing spectacular, the day cream was a great disappointment because it didn’t have the full amount in the tube and has a rather awful smell as if it’s gone off so unfortunately that went in the bin. Not happy won’t order again.”

“The glow products are still great together- I got the vit c serum and moisturiser .I had used this combo before and loved it but ….the moisturiser needs a stand up pump -a lot of the tube had to be squeezed to release alot of clear liquid before getting to the actual solid cream so the tube has already been squeezed 1:4 after two uses Still love the product but not the packaging tube that lies down .”

“I loved the exa glow serum however the new bottles seem quite flimsy and harder to use with the pipette than the previous packaging. Also the serum feels a bit watered down than usual so am quite disappointed”

“The items I ordered came right in time and your products have been good for my skin that’s why I keep coming back. The only challenge I have with your product is the Cere Night Rejuvenating Night oil which I ordered previously. I have been unable to use for more than 5 times because it dries out my face whenever I use it. I don’t know what to do about it. Overall, I have seen a transformation on my skin since I started using your products except the CeraNight Rejuvenatinating Night Oil.”

“The products themselves are excellent, but the new packaging has been challenging to use. Because all the tubes are the same color, it’s easy to confuse the day cream with the night cream—especially during busy mornings. The uniform design also doesn’t look as appealing on the bathroom shelf. I’ve also noticed that when the tube is nearly empty, the packaging can split at the point where it’s squeezed, which leaves the product exposed and makes it difficult to use the remaining cream. Overall, it’s harder to get the full amount of product out of the squeeze-style packaging. By contrast, the previous glass jars were both practical and beautiful. The color-coded design made each product easy to identify, they looked elegant on the shelf, and they allowed me to use every last bit of the cream without any damage to the packaging. For these reasons, I strongly encourage you to consider bringing back the original glass jar packaging. It offered a much better user experience in terms of functionality, durability, and appearance. I—and I believe many other customers—would greatly appreciate its return. Thank you!!”

“I was disappointed to receive metal tops on the cleanser I ordered, as I have arthritis in my hands and the plastic tops work much better for me. I cannot fault the cleanser; I love the product.”
