“Facetheory products are great! Good formulation and simple, but effective ingredients. BUT: please bring back the face/body oils - especially an oil with retinoides/vitamin c There is no comparable product on the market -> big marketing and niche product potential”

“The facial wash wasn't for me, but the customer service is sorting things put was top tier. Just for that alone, I'll try another product in the future.”

Hi Sandra, Totally normal to feel a tingle when you first apply some active ingredients can cause a brief sensation. If it’s mild and fades within a few minutes, it’s usually nothing to worry about. If you’re concerned, try applying a smaller amount or mixing with your moisturizer to dilute the initial sting, and consider a patch test on a small area first. “I love your products and been a customer for years now…. But the packaging is absolute c***! Non recyclable, so much waste as so much product stays in the tube. I have stopped recommending you to friends since everyone hates your new packages. Can’t you do the creams packages like the serums?? Instead of that tube.. like the new cleanser gel is a great package. But please do something.”

“The products look like a good quality. The Atelain Serum burns a little on my sensitive skin, but it is okay. The Vitamin C Serum smells like dense smoke out of a fire, which I really don‘t like. I used another Vitamin C Serum fron another label before, which didn‘t smell smokey.”

“The skincare products are good, some of them more than others. I am not keen on the cheap aluminium tubes, they dont store well, the caps don't work well and I think it is a bit overprized without nice containers: I took a break from them when they changed the packaging. I gave it a try this time thinking I would decant into glass jars but that is just another job to do..”

“I really love the product but I lost so much of it the first few days as it came shooting out of the tube! Store uptight and quickly put the lid on! But my under eyes definitely look brighter and firmer.”

“Double glow exfoliating face & body is a fantastic product - my skin feels so smooth and clean. Unfortunately, the glow c vitamin c cream cleaner and retinol firming moisturiser have not agreed with my skin and I have broken out with my skin looking dull and feeling sore. It’s obviously my skin needs products that are deep cleansing and not products that potentially clog.”

“I ordered the day cream and the night cream, the night cream is very pleasant nothing spectacular, the day cream was a great disappointment because it didn’t have the full amount in the tube and has a rather awful smell as if it’s gone off so unfortunately that went in the bin. Not happy won’t order again.”
