“I love this product - it leaves my skin feeling great. However the smell has changed since I last bought it and there’s a distinct smell of TCP(?!). Not sure I like the smell enough to buy it again”

“Die Bestellung war einfach und wurde schnell geliefert. Sie UV-Tagescreme mit Vitamin C ist okay, ist aber schwer am Gesicht zu verteilen, trocknet die Haut aus und hinterlässt am Anfang weiße Spuren. Nicht für tägliche Routine leider. Rétinol- Creme hat schnell zu Reizung der Haut geführt, obwohl ich bisher schon eine ziemlich lange Erfahrung mit Retinolseren hatte. So richtig überzeugt haben mich Eure Produkte doch nicht.”

“Für mich funktionieren die Cremes leider nicht besonders. Ich habe sehr trockene Haut und habe entsprechend ausgewählt, aber die Produkte helfen nicht und die Haut spannt trotzdem.”

“Siendo una mujer de 60+ años ha sido un poco atrevido comprar Facetheory, aun bastante desconocido en España. Me convenció el “no fuss” de sus formulas, ética, etc. Cosas que no me gustan: los tapones de rosca, (blancas y finas) que no enroscan bien una vez abierto. También tuve problemas con el tubo de crema de ojos. Al abrirlo salió con presión bastante cantidad. De hecho estrene la marca usando la crema de ojos durante 2 dias para toda la cara y cuello. En resumen, me gusta la calidad de la cremas, aunque es pronto para juzgar.”

“Great product for the face but awful packaging. Can't open it without using something sharp like a kitchen utensil to pierce the top. Which is no good when in shower or bathroom. If it wasn't for this would score top marks but that's an awful fail in my opinion if you can't open it.”

“Was delighted when this came back in stock and first time for me to try since it's change from the Freshening Fash Wash in the glass bottle. I have used the product and am disappointed in how it has changed since it was the Freshening Face Wash - there is no longer the lovely scent and the toothpaste like bottle means the contents splurge out and it can be messy in terms of storing. I'm disappointed in how the product has changed since it's previous iteration and I don't think I'll be purchasing again.”

“Hi, I’m currently using the product. It feels good, will see on the long run. Packaging is not user friendly especially for cleanser. It slips and it’s hard to close when your hands are wet. Chances of contamination if leave it open. Pump will be good I guess.”

“Die Lieferung und die Verpackung waren top. Die Produkte sind teils teils. Die Seren sind gut, den Toner vertrag ich leider garnicht und bekam Ausschlag und der Lippenstift lässt sich nicht gut auftragen. Die Farbe des Blushes ist super schön, nur leider ist er in der Anwendung unpraktisch, weil aus der Tube immer etwas mehr herauskommt als eigentlich geplant. Tolles Brand mit ein paar Schwierigkeiten.”

“the retinal supreme multi cream 0.2% stains fabric. it stained my pillow at night (applied an hour before sleep) and clothes in the morning so there’s no good time to wear it.”

The yellow hue in our Retinal Supreme MultiCream comes from retinaldehyde, a key active ingredient; the higher the strength of the retinal, the more yellow the formula. This can cause a temporary yellow tone on the face or potentially transfer to bedding, pillows, or pyjamas. Please see the FAQ section on the product page for more information. Here are some suggestions to minimize the risk of color transfer: - Allow the product to dry completely before going to bed. - Consider applying a moisturizer on top to help seal it in. Some find that using a darker-colored or patterned silk pillowcase can also offer protection against potential stains. Also, waiting 20 to 30 minutes after applying retinol before lying down on your silk pillowcase will allow the product to fully absorb into your skin and reduce the likelihood of any transfer onto the pillowcase.
