“I have used Facetheory products for ~ 4 years now, and generally preferred their "old" formulations. People would ask me where I'd been / what was different about me, as their products were so effective. Just bought a rpelacement vitamin C serum - its so thick and sticky in comparison to the now unavailable previous product and so I am less likely to use daily.”

“Ordered "Retinal Supreme MultiCream 0.05%". Having used it for over 2 months now, I haven't seen any improvements whatsoever. I'm not sure about the efficacy of the product.”

This product is formulated with 0.05% retinaldehyde, a gentler but effective form of vitamin A, designed especially for those new to retinoids or with sensitive skin. Generally, users report it helps brighten, firm, smooth, and clear the skin, with clinical trials showing high satisfaction in these areas within about 4 weeks, but skin responses can vary widely and results often develop gradually. Since 0.05% is the mildest strength, some users may need to use it longer or eventually increase the strength (to 0.1% or 0.2%) to achieve more noticeable effects, depending on their skin’s tolerance. If you haven’t already, ensure you’re applying the product as recommended — at night on clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area, and using SPF daily as retinoids increase sun sensitivity. Also, retinoids can sometimes cause an initial period where visible improvements are subtle or slow while the skin adjusts. “Love the product but hate the new packaging, it causes lots of product waste and I can no longer repurpose and reuse the old glass jars as I need to throw out the metal tubes. Terrible decision to change the packaging after speaking to other face theory fans they also agree”

“Unfortunately I'm not a fan of the new packaging. I'm ending up with wastage when too much product comes out (it's very hard to squeeze out the right amount and you can't wipe off or put back the excess) and the lid is small and fiddly. It also can't be easily recycled where I live. The moisturiser is fine but at this price it needs to not annoy me every morning.”

“No sure how I feel about Glow c vitamin serum. It seems a bit oily and takes along time to soak in. When I apply it, it has a very warming effect. ( never experienced that with other vit c serums) No been using it long enough to see an results yet, and my concern is, whether it will cause breakouts on my unpredictable menopausal skin. I will continue with it. Time will tell. Generally I love all Face Theory products and hope this does not disappoint.”

“Glow-C vitamin c serum was good lightweight but the formula was a little too thick. I liked the Glow-C moisturizer with SPF30 and the light citrus scent. I personally didn’t see a change in my skin.”

“Die Bestellung war einfach und wurde schnell geliefert. Sie UV-Tagescreme mit Vitamin C ist okay, ist aber schwer am Gesicht zu verteilen, trocknet die Haut aus und hinterlässt am Anfang weiße Spuren. Nicht für tägliche Routine leider. Rétinol- Creme hat schnell zu Reizung der Haut geführt, obwohl ich bisher schon eine ziemlich lange Erfahrung mit Retinolseren hatte. So richtig überzeugt haben mich Eure Produkte doch nicht.”

Wir empfehlen, die Creme auf gut durchfeuchteter Haut in kleinen Mengen aufzutragen und sie sanft einzumassieren – oft hilft das, das Produkt gleichmäßiger zu verteilen und Rückstände zu vermeiden. Dass die Creme Ihre Haut ausgetrocknet hat, sollte natürlich nicht passieren. Wir nehmen Ihr Feedback ernst und geben es an unser Produktteam weiter. Auch die Reaktion auf die Retinol-Creme tut uns sehr leid, besonders da Sie bereits Erfahrung mit Retinol haben. “Für mich funktionieren die Cremes leider nicht besonders. Ich habe sehr trockene Haut und habe entsprechend ausgewählt, aber die Produkte helfen nicht und die Haut spannt trotzdem.”

“Siendo una mujer de 60+ años ha sido un poco atrevido comprar Facetheory, aun bastante desconocido en España. Me convenció el “no fuss” de sus formulas, ética, etc. Cosas que no me gustan: los tapones de rosca, (blancas y finas) que no enroscan bien una vez abierto. También tuve problemas con el tubo de crema de ojos. Al abrirlo salió con presión bastante cantidad. De hecho estrene la marca usando la crema de ojos durante 2 dias para toda la cara y cuello. En resumen, me gusta la calidad de la cremas, aunque es pronto para juzgar.”

“Great product for the face but awful packaging. Can't open it without using something sharp like a kitchen utensil to pierce the top. Which is no good when in shower or bathroom. If it wasn't for this would score top marks but that's an awful fail in my opinion if you can't open it.”

“Was delighted when this came back in stock and first time for me to try since it's change from the Freshening Fash Wash in the glass bottle. I have used the product and am disappointed in how it has changed since it was the Freshening Face Wash - there is no longer the lovely scent and the toothpaste like bottle means the contents splurge out and it can be messy in terms of storing. I'm disappointed in how the product has changed since it's previous iteration and I don't think I'll be purchasing again.”
