“I have re-ordered a couple of times from you. I love the way the cleaners, tonic and moisturisers brighten and smooth out my face before I use my makeup. Friends have been saying how well I look. Highly recommend Facetheory to older people as I am 74 and can vouch for their products.”

“Le changement de packaging est une très mauvaise idée. Cliente fidèle depuis des années, impossible de reconnaître les produits entre eux, difficile de refermer le petit bouchon sur les tubes de crèmes. La qualité des produits ne changent pas, c’est le seul point positif.”

Vos remarques sur la difficulté de distinguer les produits et les problèmes liés aux bouchons et aux tubes sont des observations précieuses que nous prenons au sérieux. L'expérience client est primordiale pour nous et nous nous engageons à améliorer continuellement nos produits. Notre équipe de développement de produits étudie activement les moyens d'améliorer la conception de nos bouchons. L'objectif est de les rendre plus faciles à visser et à dévisser, améliorant ainsi l'expérience utilisateur et la fonctionnalité. Nous visons à créer des bouchons qui offrent une utilisation plus sûre et plus conviviale en analysant les défis actuels et en explorant des solutions innovantes. Nous comprenons le défi auquel nos clients sont confrontés pour distinguer nos produits une fois qu'ils sont retirés de leur emballage. Notre équipe travaille activement sur des solutions pour améliorer la différenciation visuelle. Dans le cas de la crème de jour et de la crème de nuit, les deux appartiennent à une catégorie principale différente. Le tube de la crème hydratante quotidienne Glow-C SPF 30 porte l'icône GLOW, celui de la crème de nuit HydraSerene porte l'icône hydrate. Cela pourrait aider à les différencier plus facilement. “I’m pleased with the cream….a good moisturiser which leaves a lovely finish on my face, don’t always need to follow with makeup, I just nipping out for a walk, and the sunscreen included is reassuring. Delivery prompt, no issues at all”

“Used to love this company but sadly they have both raised their prices significantly and brought in new packaging that is both wasteful (can’t get all the product out) and not recyclable. Real pity as they were brilliant but I can no longer use them.”

Our product development team is diligently exploring opportunities to enhance the design of our tubes. Our primary objective is to make them easier to screw on and off, thereby improving both user experience and functionality. By analysing current challenges and investigating innovative solutions, we aim to create tubes that offer a more secure and user-friendly operation. We understand your concerns about recyclability and sustainability. Aluminium itself is one of the most recyclable and sustainable packaging materials available. Aluminium is infinitely recyclable without loss of quality. It can be recycled indefinitely, unlike glass, which can degrade during recycling. Recycling aluminium uses only 5% of the energy required for primary production, compared to 30% for glass. This results in significant energy savings and Aluminum has a higher recycling rate and value in recycling systems than glass, which can drive better overall recycling practices. Aluminium tubes are lightweight and durable, reducing energy consumption and waste in transportation compared to heavier glass jars. While we acknowledge that not all local recycling programs currently accept aluminium tubes, we believe this is an infrastructure issue that will improve over time as aluminium packaging becomes more common. Many beauty and personal care brands are making similar switches to aluminium packaging for sustainability reasons and we are actively exploring ways to make our aluminium tubes more widely recyclable, such as partnering with specialised recycling programs. We remain committed to sustainability as a core value. The last full price increase was in Jan/Feb 2023. With this rebrand, we insisted on providing higher-quality packaging at the same price. As such, we’ve not increased pricing except when a fill level has increased. We had many promotions and sales over the last year, so you may have seen products offered for lower temporary promotion periods. We will still periodically do promotions. However, we offer our most generous discount EVERY DAY with our bundle builder. Savings range from 10% to 30%, based on how many products you add to your bundle. “I can only award 3* at this time as I have barely had the product a week, therefore, it really is far too early to comment on the long term effects. I can confirm, the product arrived as stated and was well presented. I particularly like the dropper as this prevents wastage of the oil. I will be happy to re-submit a second review after a couple of weeks of use.”

“I switched to Facetheory 6 months ago and I'm pleased I did. I've seen noticeable improvements in my skin since using the hyaluronic acid serum and daily SPF moisturiser (which absorbs into the skin beautifully - no residue or oilyness). I'm 34 and it's keeping my skin feeling youthful and hydrated. Preferred the old style and glass jars, due to recycling aspect - that's my only quibble. Otherwise, I couldn't recommend them more as now all of my face skin care products are from them.”

“I’m so happy with the products of Facetheory. My skin looks beautiful, bright and calm since I use the products. The porebright toner and Hylafecta serum are my favourites, but I would say everything is perfect. Nice scents, good ingredients, and fair prices. Happy customer!”
