“I’m very happy with both online shopping experiences I’ve had with Facetheory. Postage has been quick to Australia and communication is excellent! I was so happy with the results from using Azelaic Acid on my 67 year old face that I purchased 2 more bottles on sale! I can definitely see a lessening of age spots on my face over the past 3 months of continuous use.”

“Bonjour, J'ai du mal à mettre une note, car je crois en vos produits, malheureusement, j'ai boen l'impression que certaines ne me conviennent pas ou plus. Les derniers produits : rétinol 3% et vitamine C 30% m'ont beaucoup déçu: peau hypersensible et visage plus que luisant depuis leur utilisation J'ai insisté pour les utiliser au moins 1 mois avant de donner mon avis. Je pourrais vous les renvoyer. J'espère pouvoir être remboursée comme promis. En vous remerciant néanmoins pour la qualité de vos produits Bien à vous Nadège KWANYOUMA”

“I was introduced to Facetheory products by a work colleague about three years ago and have been using them ever since. I have nothing but praise for the serums and creams and am delighted with the way my skin looks. I live in the States but was born in Scotland and am happy to support a small company as opposed to the big multinationals. “I have been using Facetheory face cream since the beginning of this year. For someone who hates the feeling of creams or make-up on their face, this is the only face cream I would use. Love that it has SPF30 for added protection, skin feels softer, hydrated and looks great!”

“I have been using face theory for years now. I love the products and always order the same items. However, i am so disappointed with the new branding. The glass jars were brilliant, why get rid if them in place of the awful tubes? The tubes look unsightly on the bathroom shelf, especially once you have squeezed the contents out. They don't stand up properly, constantly falling over, and the branding is almost exactly the same on the products I use,making it difficult to differentiate between night and day creams etc( the old packaging was easy to tell the difference due to colour) You get less in the tubes than you used to, and you are unable to get the last bits of product out of tube compared to when you were running low with the jars. It's such a shame you've messed with branding and packaging. Will definitely make me rethink wether to order again once I run out next. Really disappointing. BRING THE JARS BACK!”
