“J'utilise les produits depuis plus de deux ans suite aux conseilles d'une esthéticienne. Très contente et satisfaite de la routine matin et soir que j'ai mis en place. Ma peau est entretenue, hydratée et plus saine. Suite au changement de packaging, je comprends la démarche "RSE", en revanche je trouve que c'est moins facile d'utilisation.”

“Fab service and products are fantastic. Have been using their products for years now and am super happy. Although I reside in Australia they arrive super fast. Always updating and upgrading their products which is fantastic as I have mature skin.”

“I was a devotee of The Ordinary, but my alliance has now switched to Facetheory. Only used 2 products so far. The 15% azelaic acid serum for my rosacea (really helps a lot) and the 3% retinol cream. I used to get The Ordinary retinol, but that only comes in squalene which is an oil and no good under makeup. The Facetheory cream has a lovely orange fragrance. Too soon to tell whether it helps reverse my fine lines as retinol takes months to do its magic, but the nice formulation means I'm happily using it daily, so time will tell.”

“Facetheory is one of the best skincare companies that has emerged in the last few years. Whatever your issue, there is a healing nurturing product to choose from to resolve your skin. The ingredients in Facetheory products are the best nature has to offer. They are a responsible company that cares about the environment by way of disposal of empty containers, slimming down the packaging is another brilliant way of caring for our earth. I have made the many products I have a permanent staple in my routine. Seriously if you want great skin then go no further.”

“I am glad to have a facetheory products. My favourite is night serums they gave my sikn a new life because from long back I am suffering from blemishes. Night serum is really help with the combination is night cream.”

“Yeah, sorry but I find the moisturiser is a bit thinner than I remember and I miss the jars. I’m almost 60 so I’m not expecting miracles. I am very disappointed in the tubes.”

“The best skin care products I have ever used. I have very sensitive acne prone skin, I tried so many products even among well known brands but none of them worked for me. Since I have started the face theory I am seeing very good results . Thanks to Alexandra she was really knowledgeable and helped me to choose the good products for my skin.”

“I've only discovered Facetheory a couple of months ago and am over the moon that I did. My skin looks so much brighter and the retinol serum and Vitamin C moisturizer are amazing. Highly recommend!”

“Je suis très très satisfaite des produits que j'achète chez vous.une fois ma peaux n'a pas supporté 2 produits et ces dits produits ont été remplacé gratuitement par des produits qui me conviennent parfaitement. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la qualité et la rapidité de mes échanges avec vous. Pour des gens qui ont des yeux ou des peaux sensibles les produits sont bien formulés pour vous convenir.”

“I love the products particularly the night cream which keeps skin hydrated all night long. The new day cream I ordered doesn’t have the same scent as the previous product and was disappointed with the new packaging - the Regina c moisturiser . The new branding is disappointing and looks like hydrocortisone creams or worse! I have recommended to friends in the past but with the new branding I’d be less inclined to recommend.”

“I used to love this product and brought a wide range, my skin is much improved. But the new packaging is awful. The metal tubes are useless, completely inefficient, they trap product in them, you can't open them with out a sharp object and then need to cut them open to not waste product which.is dangerous. You can't squeeze them as they are solid, the lids are hard to put on / off. Higher prices for a significantly worse experience. It is such shame.”

Our product development team is actively investigating ways to enhance the design of our caps seals. The goal is to make them easier to screw on and off, improving user experience and functionality. We aim to create caps that provide a more secure and user-friendly operation by analysing current challenges and exploring innovative solutions. The last full price increase occurred in Jan/Feb 2023. As part of our rebranding efforts, we providing higher-quality packaging without raising the price. Therefore, we have not increased the pricing except when the fill level of the product has increased. We had many promotions and sales over the last year, so you may have seen products offered for lower temporary promotion periods. After looking through your order history, we can see that you have been able to use many discounts, loyalty points or any other sales we offered. We will still periodically do promotions. However, we offer our most generous discount EVERY DAY with our bundle builder. Savings range from 10-30%, based on how many products you add to your bundle. 6 products gets you the maximum discount.
