“Love the product but hating the new tube it comes in”

“After ordering vitamin c serum from a few companies lately and having to return them as they were oxidised (turning yellow/orange/brown) and unusable I thought I’d chance the Face Theory serum 20% with ferulic acid, which is hard to find in a vitamin c, as I’ve products from here before. I wasn’t disappointed. Clear serum which goes on a bit oily but I’m just pleased it hadn’t turned orange. I’m not sure whether the oil would sink as I put my factor 50 moisturiser on after it and that leaves my skin oily and shiny but it just looks glowing. Had good comments on the glow of my skin more so, my friend just had to order some after I’d met her the day I’d used it.”

“The product is good. I bought the “Clear skin bundle” which consists of The facewash, Toner, Serum & Moisture. The package of the face wash and the moisturiser is TERRIBLE. In other words absolutely rubbish packaging. I wonder who the genius is came up with this sort of packaging- aluminium tube for both the face wash and moisturiser . The cap doesn’t close properly on the tube and when hands are wet it makes a mess everywhere. The content seems to overflow from the aluminium tubes and it’s a real mess to close the cap. If someone tells me because of eco friendly reasons they came up with this rubbish packaging of aluminium tube I am not repurchasing. If very inconvenient to use the product with current packaging. The product is good. Makes my skin clear. I suffer from closed comodones this product helped a lot. PLEASE CHANGE THE PACKAGING AND GO FOR SIMPLE RECYCLABLE PLASTIC TUBES FOR FACE WASH AND MOISTURISER.”

“The lavender face cream gave me even more pimples and redness on my face and the vitamin C face wash had a very uncomfortable texture to it- not sure why but didn’t feel right. Need a refund!! I’m not even using the products.”

Bonjour Pierre, Je suis désolée d'apprendre que vous n'avez pas constaté d'amélioration avec votre routine de soins de la peau après 3 mois. Cela doit être frustrant, surtout lorsque vous essayez de traiter des boutons. Bien que ce soit décevant, 3 mois ne sont pas toujours suffisants pour voir des résultats spectaculaires, en particulier pour les problèmes tenaces comme les boutons. Certains traitements peuvent prendre 4 à 6 mois pour une amélioration notable. Assurez-vous d'avoir utilisé les produits de manière cohérente et conformément aux instructions. Parfois, nous pensons que nous suivons une routine, mais de petites incohérences peuvent avoir un impact sur les résultats. “I don’t normally leave a review but the product facetheory is amazing 🤩 After using it only a week my skin feels so plump so smooth and I had a little bit a dry patch on my forehead and it’s took that away completely. The service was very prompt too excellent 5 ⭐️for me”

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback. The last full price increase was in Jan/Feb 2023. With this rebrand, we insisted on providing higher-quality packaging at the same price. As such, we’ve not increased pricing except when a fill level has increased. We had many promotions and sales over the last year, so you may have seen products offered for lower temporary promotion periods when you purchased them before. We will still periodically do promotions. However, we offer our most generous discount EVERY DAY with our bundle builder. Savings range from 10-30%, based on how many products you add to your bundle. 6 products get you the maximum discount. Regarding the loyalty program, this was sunset at the beginning of the year and officially ended in May. We sent many emails on this, but we know a lot were binned before reading. In other cases, customers have opted out of our email communications and may have been surprised to see the program ended. We didn’t observe many people redeeming points in the rewards program and didn’t believe customers were receiving significant benefits. Now that we have our own retail store in London and are expanding to other retailers, we are eager to introduce an omnichannel rewards program. More details will be available later this year, as we are still finalising it. If you believe you still have unused points available, our customer service is more than happy to check this for you. “Always been happy with the products I've received over the last two years . I have sensitive skin & struggle to find serums & moisturisers that don't exacerbate the problem. However hate the new packages so much waste from the tubes, fiddly to reapply the lids I'm sorry but I won't buying again.”

“I love this company’s products! My original bottle of this cleanser was lost in a move and I was heartbroken. The new packaging is something else! First, the SIZE of the tube of face cleanser wowed me when I opened it. And the bolt - yes, it is a machine quality bolt, that is totally unexpected. I’ve never encountered this level of detail in a face product before! The formula is delicious on your skin. Creamy, soothing not to mention the smell is amazing. All around a great product. You can’t beat the quality for this price! Everything is something you would think to encounter with a 100$+ tube of face cleanser, but this product checks all of the boxes and then some for an unbelievable value. Most highly recommended.”

“Very happy with first purchase of a cleanser, them the retinol.noght cream which I preferred to the £80 plus one I was using so I'm now gradually replacing other products. All are good and usually cheaper and better than what I had.”
