“I have been using the HydraSet for over a month. I have problems with redness and rosacea. These products do not work for me. In fact, the effect was the opposite, the products made my skin worse. I lost money and time. I do not recommend”

“I bought the hand cream and night retinol hand mask. Both seem to be helping my stable yard battered hands! Early days yet but I’m hoping the improvement will continue. Delivery was owe fast and I’ll definitely be repurchasing.”

“I got a good reference from a friend and because I need to pay more attention to my skin are I decided to try. I'm happy with the Claribar and Pink clay. I definitely recommend.”

“I have rosacea, and I was using prescriptions from my dermatologist for years. They helped, but it was a constant battle and it never went away, it was just better or worse. I read that azaleic acid is key, so I bought the Porebright N20 serum, which was the best percentage I could find of the azaleic acid. I was also told by my dermatologist that people with rosacea tend to have differences in their facial microbiome than others. I bought the Saliatica toner, as it said it help improve the skins microbiome. With these two items, my rosacea is not visible at all anymore. No redness or acne like texture at all. Really hoping Facetheory keeps these products around forever!”

“El Retinol 0,2 está muy bien. Te lo aplicas de noche, espaciado entre noches y despues a diario. Imprescindible limpiarse bien la cara por la mañana y aplicarse protector solar por las mañanas repitiendo aplicaciones durante el día. La luz con la que amanece la piel es diferente. Lo recomiendo.”

“When I received my Facetheory package, the box was completely destroyed and the box was completely empty. I contacted customer service and Jade helped me resolve this problem by offering exceptional customer service. I went from being a very unhappy customer to being so impressed with Facetheory’s customer service that I will be a customer for life. “I love Facetheory! It has a lot of the products I am looking for in sustainable packaging which is extremely difficult for me to find in the United States. I am able to find most everything I need for my 54 year old skin and they all work as well or better than the products I used before. Cheers!”

“I‘m using Facetheory for quiet a while now, especially the Supergel Moisturiser and I’m loving it. All of the products I’ve tested worked really well for me. I have to give 4 stars because the new packaging is not the best, especially the metal seal. Hard to open and close and it leaves metal stains on the product which is unfortunate but so far I haven’t had any irritation.”

We’ve always included aluminium tubes in our lineup because we received frequent feedback about glass jars breaking during shipping and heavy pots causing bathroom accidents. Many customers also requested that we move creams into tubes for better hygiene. Tubes help keep products more airtight, which means they stay fresh longer. By opting for aluminium, we're also taking a step towards a more sustainable future. Since introducing our new tubes, we've seen an impressive 90% reduction in damages during transport. This is largely due to their lightweight design, which significantly reduces the risk of breakage compared to traditional glass containers. “La plupart des produits me conviennent, j’aime beaucoup facetheory, les sérums sont tellement bien. Mais, j’ai récemment acheté une huile de nuit pour le visage qui m’assèche la peau, j’étais très déçue. Il y a la crème de jour que je teste pour la deuxième fois également, qui ne me convient pas. “Have been using your products for some time now. Very satisfied. Not sure I love the new merchandising. Don't like tubes, 1. Difficult to store in my bathroom cupboard, 2 .always a problem finishing the product in the tube.”
