“Avant j’aurais donné le plus d’étoiles possible, sauf qu’avec le nouveau packaging les produits ressemblent plus à des produits pharmaceutiques tels que des crèmes pour soigner les hémorroïdes ou des verrues. Il est vraiment fade, laid et sans personnalité, à quoi ça sert d’acheter un produit qu’on aime si on est gêné de le sortir de sa trousse pour l'utiliser. L’extérieur compte tout autant.”

“This is the Goldilocks of acids! I struggle with adult acne and this is what my dermatologist suggested as a chemical exfoliant. Not too harsh, just right. So far so good!”

“I am really living this Azelaic Acid, I was honestly really hesitant to start using this because I’ve this past 1.5-2years I’ve started to develop rosacea and I’ve been trying a lot of products to try to reduce it, my skin has reacted to everything, I heard about Azelaic acid helping some people, so I thought I’d give it ago before going to any more drastic lengths and I’ve been having really great results, I’m going tot Ty the 15% when I run out of the 10% and see how that goes too, :)”

“I've tried the products before and I knew that I loved them. I faced a little delay in the delivery because the products had to push through customs to arrive in Greece. However, when I reached out to the facetheory help center they were fast, kind, and helpful!”

“The 20% Niacinamide has been a revelation! It has reduced oiliness like no other medication I have used in 30 plus years - including tretinoin and all the acids. On top of this it manages to also calm my skin and reduce redness. Excellent”

“Although the product didn't suit my skin, the customer service from Facetheory is absolutely excellent. So for this, 5 *'s. I am sure that other people will find the products suit them, unfortunately not me. However, I received a personal response within a minute of emailing and I cannot rate their service highly enough.”

“I bought the aha and bha face cleanser, I have used it in the past, not sure why I stopped, but come back to it ad it gives me glass skin. Going into my 40s now so need hydrating skincare that leaves skin looking clean and brighter and this does the job. I think this should be a staple for everyone especially if you are in your 30s and 40s.”
