“Retard de livraison car le premier colis a été perdu en cours d’acheminement. Le service client est très réactif et a rapidement résolu le problème. Pour ce qui est des produits je n’ai pas encore testé mais ils sont arrivés soigneusement emballés et sans casse.”

“Sto usando i prodotti da pico più di una settimana e noto già che tono è colorito sono più uniformi: il mio obiettivo è infatti schiarire alcune macchie causate dal sole e brufoletti. Ho scelto questo prodotti per l'assenza di ingredienti nocivi (parabeni, siliconi, sls, ecc ecc) e ne sono soddisfatta. Le texture sono leggere come piacciono a me ed è apprezzabile la possibilità di scegliere la versione profumata o non profumata in molti prodotti. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo: non dovessero funzionare, almeno non si spende un capitale! Non lascio 5 stelle perché è da poco che li uso e voglio vedere se funzionano davvero!”

“I love the product but the metal packaging is absolutely terrible. Especially when you start to run out, I scratched my hand trying to get the remaining product out of the last one I had. The glass jars were much better”

“I love this serum. I'm using it just a couple of times a week as it's quite potent but am noticing a visible difference already. I put it on about 20 minutes before sleep and use a non retinol night cream on top. I'm sold !”

Hi Sheila, Thank you for your feedback. Some stinging or tingling sensation when using ClariCleanse AHA & BHA Exfoliating Cleanser can be normal, especially if you're new to using exfoliating acids. This cleanser contains glycolic, salicylic, and lactic acids, which are active ingredients that can cause a mild inflammatory reaction on the skin. As you continue to use the product, the tingling sensation should decrease over time as your skin's barrier function improves. If you have sensitive or redness-prone skin, pay extra attention to how your skin reacts and consider using the product less frequently or switching to a gentler formulation if needed. “The product is exactly as described. However, I purchased it on the misunderstanding that Retinol would make me look younger but when I tried it I realised that retinol itself has the effect of tightening the skin when applied, which in in effect tightens the skin, making it looser in the long term and more likely to wrinkle when not applied. I have realised that this product is not for me and will stick with moisturiser.”
