“Love this cleanser and have been using for a while but I really don’t like the new packaging at all. It looks horrible and it’s hard to get every thing out when running low, also keep getting bits of the inside of the packaging coming out with the cleanser. If they don’t change back to the jars they used to have I won’t be continuing to buy”

“Die Produkte sind hervorragend. Die Liegerzeiten zu lange. Die neue Verpackung und die Cremen in Tuben sind furchtbar - unterschiedliche Cremen sind so gut wie nicht zu unterscheiden. Schrift und Farbe zu 98 % identisch. Das macht es wenig benutzerfreundlich.”

“Malgré un retard dans la commande liée aux fêtes de fin d'année j'ai commencé à utiliser le pack fermeté composé de 4 produits, très content de la texture des sérums et de la crème qui ne laisse pas la peau grasse. Trop tôt pour parler des résultats après 15 jours d'utilisation.”

“I love Facetheory products. I use them for four years right now. I only wish that they have day creams with SPF or separate SPF products. It is kind of logical think to have I think....other then that, perfect!”

“I love your skincare products but prefer the old glass container’s. I find the tubes fall out the cupboard and damage, are less easy to store and there is more wastage of product leftover in the tubes.”
