Nous apprécions votre honnêteté et souhaitons aborder quelques points importants : Sensibilité cutanée : Chaque peau est unique, et ce qui convient à une personne peut ne pas convenir à une autre. Certains de nos produits contiennent des ingrédients actifs qui peuvent être trop puissants pour certains types de peau. Test cutané : Nous recommandons toujours d'effectuer un test cutané avant d'intégrer complètement un nouveau produit de soin à votre routine. Appliquez une petite quantité de produit sur une zone discrète de votre peau et surveillez l'apparition d'effets indésirables pendant 24 à 48 heures. Introduction progressive : Lorsque vous commencez à utiliser de nouveaux produits de soin, en particulier ceux contenant des ingrédients actifs, il est préférable de les utiliser progressivement. Commencez par une ou deux utilisations par semaine, puis augmentez progressivement la fréquence d'utilisation au fur et à mesure que votre peau s'adapte. “Love facetheory products. Have used the day and night cream for a long time and haven't found anything as good as yet. Just tried the vitamin C serum and slightly disappointed. Its very thick and does not apply easily.”

“Absolutely love this product, i love the fact that’s it’s a tube and not a tub , been using it now for approximately two weeks and i have definitely noticed a difference under my eyes , the texture is not to think or think, 100% recommended”

“Was delighted when this came back in stock and first time for me to try since it's change from the Freshening Fash Wash in the glass bottle. I have used the product and am disappointed in how it has changed since it was the Freshening Face Wash - there is no longer the lovely scent and the toothpaste like bottle means the contents splurge out and it can be messy in terms of storing. I'm disappointed in how the product has changed since it's previous iteration and I don't think I'll be purchasing again.”

“Im new to facetheory products and so far I'm liking them. I like the packaging. I like how quick and easy it was to shop with them. Their Customer Service is spot on. Really quick to engage and resolve any issues in a friendly and kind way. The products are lovely and after the first couple of days of using them I have noticed a different to how my skin looks and feels. A little bit goes a long way. Also, their prices are amazing for the amount of product you receive. My new favourite skin care.”

Bonjour Je suis désolé(e) d'apprendre que vous avez ressenti une sensation de brûlure avec notre Crème de Nuit Raffermissante aux Peptides. Soyez assuré(e) qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une réaction courante. Plusieurs raisons peuvent expliquer ce phénomène : Si la barrière protectrice de votre peau est affaiblie, même les produits doux peuvent provoquer une sensation de brûlure. Cela peut être dû à une utilisation excessive d'acides exfoliants, de nettoyants agressifs ou à une exfoliation excessive. Vous pouvez également être sensible à un ou plusieurs ingrédients de la crème, tels que les peptides, les acides gras ou les conservateurs. Si vous utilisez d'autres produits aux actifs puissants, leur association avec cette crème de nuit pourrait être excessive pour votre peau. À l'avenir, pensez à tester vos nouveaux produits sur une petite zone de peau avant de les appliquer sur l'ensemble du visage. Si vous décidez de réessayer le produit, assurez-vous que votre peau est parfaitement sèche avant l'application et commencez par une petite quantité. “Это мой первый заказ данной продукции, что я заметила сразу при выборе и поиске косметике и почему среди тысячи других фирм я выбрала косметику Facetheory, не трудно догадогаться.Во первых меня привлек профессиональный подход к клиентам, ведь все мы абсолютно разные, но все хотим качественный уход за кожей лица, и порой можно сильно потеряться и запутаться в правильном подборе косметике. На сайте все очень чисто и прозрачно ,доступно и без воды-описание каждого продукта, применение и есть отзывы. Экологичные упоковки, косметика без тестирования на животных, это очень здорово! мне понравилас вся линейка с витамином С, она просто безупречно пахнет, и я увидела результаты уже после первых дней тестирования сыворотки для лица и очищающего крема для умывания.Мне очень нравится что косметика подходит для моей чувствительной кожи , я продолжу уход дома и буду наблюдать за результатом дальше. Всем желаю хороших покупок а так же чистой здоровой кожи лица!”

It's not uncommon for skin to go through an adjustment period when using products containing salicylic acid, retinal and mandelic acid. This phase typically resolves within a few weeks as your skin adapts to the treatment. “I have just received my second bottle of the Multi cream 0.05% retinal. I am so pleased with the results so far. I suffer with rosacea on my cheeks and I have some acne scarring too, plus some pigmented areas. I use this every night and have not experienced any reaction or flare ups of rosacea. My skin is looking fresher and has a glow. The texture of my skin certainly looks a lot smoother.”
