“The first and only time I’ve bought something from here I didn’t get my package even though I checked multiple times and it told me it was already at my house. Never has this happened anytime I deliver from Amazon, and I couldn’t even get a refund because it’s not possible to prove I don’t have the item.”

Hi Fernando, We are sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived. I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We didn’t intend for this to happen, however, it shows on the tracking that it was delivered ''IN/AT MAILBOX''. Maybe a neighbour accepted the parcel? Ot it was stolen? I can see that our customer service team provided you already with a full refund without declining this in the first place. Again, many apologies for any inconvenience this caused. Hi Frances, Thank you for your feedback. Our returns policy gives you peace of mind when trying Facetheory. If for some reason you're not completely happy with a facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days and I can see that you already reveived a refund for the product. The cacay oil naturally has a light, nutty scent which disappears quickly after application. Thanks Facetheory Team

“Even with the Christmas rush I received my cleanser very quickly. I love this glycolic cleanser. It’s very effective and very reasonably priced too. The scent is lovely as it’s not too overpowering as with some products. Will definitely re-purchase.”

“J'ai acheté 2 produits et j'en suis très satisfaite. Les ingrédients sont tops et ma peau apprécie. Les prix sont corrects et le fait de pouvoir acheter moins cher par lot de 2 est très appréciable. Seul bémol pour moi c'est la distance, la livraison est plus longue et les produits se terminent rapidement...”

“Skin became red, tingly and the pimples became worse and very lumpy. When I stopped using Facetheory my skin got better. After reading the home page I had such high expectations and hope that it would help my skin :(”

Hi Yvonne, We are so sorry to hear that you reacted. Many elements can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient which is simply too potent for your skin. Sometimes it's other products used at the same time, or even external/environmental factors. Looking at the products you ordered, you may have introduced them too quickly to your skin. We'd recommend using the serums just once a week, in the beginning, to allow your skin to adapt to them and to avoid any purging.
