“I love the simplicity of this brand. I've purchased the unscented version of the vitamin C cleanser, and in the past, I bought their retinol serum and eye cream. Their products work really well on my skin.”

Olá Joana, Obrigado pelo seu feedback. Lamento saber que houve um atraso na entrega do seu pedido. É sempre uma prioridade proporcionar uma experiência perfeita aos nossos clientes e posso constatar que a fiscalização aduaneira foi concluída ontem e já está a caminho do endereço de entrega. Infelizmente, houve alguns atrasos no processamento durante o período de Natal. Pedimos gentilmente que espere mais alguns dias e, se ainda não for entregue, podemos reembolsar ou reenviar o pedido. “My products did not disappoint. I love the face cream and my body lotion and scrub are pretty good too. Others have said that they got rid of their bumpy skin on their arms which I sadly did not. But my skin is very soft and the bumps on my legs are indeed a lot better and after shaving I don’t even get as many bumps in the first place. I personally would prefer those two to be available in a perfume free version although the smell doesn’t really bother me.”

“Great products with good ingredients. Have ordered here multiple times now. The order process is easy and you can save up for nice discounts. Would love if they could make more clean make-up like eyeliner and mascara. My favourite item is the Glycomide body cream”

“This oil is fab. Very hydrating, only the tiniest amount is needed, to press into face and neck after moisturiser. It is a large bottle too, as some facial oils are very expensive”

“I love facetheory products, I've been using them for sometime now. I particularly like the face wash, it doesn't dry my skin out and the moisturiser, which sinks in beautifully. It's good to know that the products aren't full of chemicals. The staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Good products and customer service. Thank you!”

“My order arrived quickly and well packaged as well as it all being nicely updated as being delivered. I have incredibly sensitive skin as well as it also being quite dull, so both the under eye cream and vitamin C wash have helped brighten my skin up in such short time !
