“When I received my Facetheory package, the box was completely destroyed and the box was completely empty. I contacted customer service and Jade helped me resolve this problem by offering exceptional customer service. I went from being a very unhappy customer to being so impressed with Facetheory’s customer service that I will be a customer for life. Really appreciate Jade’s and Facethoery’s superior customer service!!!”

“I love Facetheory! It has a lot of the products I am looking for in sustainable packaging which is extremely difficult for me to find in the United States. I am able to find most everything I need for my 54 year old skin and they all work as well or better than the products I used before. Cheers!”

“I‘m using Facetheory for quiet a while now, especially the Supergel Moisturiser and I’m loving it. All of the products I’ve tested worked really well for me. I have to give 4 stars because the new packaging is not the best, especially the metal seal. Hard to open and close and it leaves metal stains on the product which is unfortunate but so far I haven’t had any irritation.”

We’ve always included aluminium tubes in our lineup because we received frequent feedback about glass jars breaking during shipping and heavy pots causing bathroom accidents. Many customers also requested that we move creams into tubes for better hygiene. Tubes help keep products more airtight, which means they stay fresh longer. By opting for aluminium, we're also taking a step towards a more sustainable future. Since introducing our new tubes, we've seen an impressive 90% reduction in damages during transport. This is largely due to their lightweight design, which significantly reduces the risk of breakage compared to traditional glass containers. Not only does this improve shipping efficiency, but it also helps lower our carbon footprint by reducing fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Thanks again for being part of our journey. “La plupart des produits me conviennent, j’aime beaucoup facetheory, les sérums sont tellement bien. Mais, j’ai récemment acheté une huile de nuit pour le visage qui m’assèche la peau, j’étais très déçue. Il y a la crème de jour que je teste pour la deuxième fois également, qui ne me convient pas. “Have been using your products for some time now. Very satisfied. Not sure I love the new merchandising. Don't like tubes, 1. Difficult to store in my bathroom cupboard, 2 .always a problem finishing the product in the tube.”

“I love the factor 30 and the smell of grapefruit which is not overpowering and the cream dose not leave my face sticky or greasy and my skin is left feeling soft, this is my 3rd purchase of this product and will continue as it is the best.”

“Loved this brand until they changed the packaging. Can I get the “toothpaste tubes” to stand up ? No I cant . Literally every time I open up my mirror everything falls out , they take up too much room”

“The products are good and I'm glad i tried it. The face cream is light and absorbs well into my skin. The tube cap is a bit fiddly but overall I'm very happy.”
