“Quick delivery, the quality / price ratio is good. However, I encountered a quality problem with one of my products : a big part of the gel is actually liquid (and as a result I lost a big amount of product).”

“Thoughts so far- it’s kind of difficult to wash off compared to other cleansers, kind off have to wash off for a while, feels really nice going on and skin feels good after- just always worried that there’s some left on when I’m moving onto my serum. I got the unscented one and it does not smell great so maybe the scented one is better in that aspect.”

“bien reçu les produits dans les temps et j'en suis contente par contre problème avec les 30 % de réduction que l'on m'avais promis, le service après vente m'a demandé d'envoyer photo du produit dès réception pour le remboursement mais toujours rien a ce jour. J'ai relancé mais aucun message de retour Faut il faire confiance ? je me pose la question”

“Only used for a few days so far, so will wait for results. No reactions so far and good consistency, though a little on the dry side for my liking - I have older skin which needs rich creams - my skin starts to feel dry by the end of the day. Will use a little longer to see if this is something I can live with (I’ll just use a rich night cream to compensate) or if I have to swap to a richer cream. Of course this is a personal thing - the cream is a good product.”

“Was disappointed with the Bakuluronic Moisturiser M1,the product had split and there was liquid on top, on opening the liquid went everywhere, now left with partial bottle of cream. Have only had the products for a couple of days, I like the feel of the product but haven’t used it long enough to see a difference, Thanks, Lyn”

“My order was shipped promptly. However, shipping with DHL is horrible to deal with. My order was supposed to be a birthday gift and I received my packages crushed (It was kinda embarrassing to gift it like that). Also, one of the night creams I ordered for myself was mailed to me in a bag envelope, thank God that it didn't break but that also caused the product box to be crushed. The lids were slightly dented but all products were useable so I didn't feel the need to contact customer service. They also ever updated the tracking system. I did appreciate that I was sent a text by face theory that there were delays. I just hope that in the future that face theory stops working with DHL all together because they mistreat their packages.”

“I have not used the product long enough to make a fair assessment, because my skin has reacted terribly to the cleanser. I am really frustrated as I bought because of all the natural ingredients and all the great reviews. I am still willing to test out a few other of their products but now I know to do a small spot test. Quality amazing, and the size of the jar is great. Also less plastic so I love the container.”

“I personally didn’t get the results I wanted but my skin felt soft afterwards. If ur skin is a bit sensitive I wouldn’t recommend. Because I got irritated spots around my lips and cheek. But they did heal while I still used the product so maybe this wasn’t the cause. But I still don’t see any difference on my face. I know I shouldn’t expect results immediately but I have been using it for a week and it hasn’t made much of a difference. Although I would buy this again if I can’t find a better product because my skin did feel soft and more clean. There is a lot of the mixture so it is worth your money”
